About the property
Nirvana is a carefully restored link-detached rural stone cottage with 2 very spacious bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, traditional Spanish kitchen, living room and large covered Naya terrace. The property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard in a traditional and colourful Mediterranean style.
There is a private garden area outside of Nirvana and guests have exclusive use of the adjacent swimming pool which is walled and gated, and elevated to give the best views of the surrounding countryside.
The owners have two pet dogs which are confined to the owners´ gardens.

Bedroom 1 with double bed and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms are very spacious, Bedroom 1 has a sitting area. Shower room en-suite to bedroom 1 with walk-in shower and WC. Separate shower room adjacent to bedroom 2 with walk-in shower and WC. Both shower rooms are also very spacious.
Traditional Spanish kitchen with decorative tiling, well-equipped with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer. Internal sitting room with seating opening out on to the spacious covered "naya" terrace with dining table and chairs for 5 persons.
Satellite TV showing UK terrestrial channels plus Sky Freeview channels which includes Sky News, BBC Radio 2 and 4.
The 8 x 5 metre pool (approximate depth 1.4 metres throughout) has Roman steps and underwater lighting and is exclusively for use by Nirvana guests. The pool area is totally enclosed by a wall and gate. There are sunloungers for guest use which can be used poolside or in Nirvana's private gardens. Naya dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. BBQ and outside Summer kitchen. Nirvana guests can use the owners' washing machine for laundry which is situated on their outside terrace.
Linens and towels are provided as are pool/beach towels.

Rental includes full cottage clean before your arrival, welcome pack of essentials plus some local and home-made produce, quality linen and towels (changed weekly). Pool/beach towels are also provided for guests.
£150 security damages deposit is requested which is refunded within 10 working days of departure, once the cottage has been cleaned/changed over.
25% of rental is required to secure your booking. The 75% balance of rental, plus security damages deposit £150, is payable by 8 weeks before your arrival.
We can accept payment by credit card.
Owner's Tips...
Nirvana is situated on the edge of the Parque Natural approximately 10 minutes drive from the village of Chella. Connection to the interior Alicante - Valencia motorway and the mediaeval city of Xativa are approximately 20 minutes drive from Chella.
The property is accessed by a fully tarmaced lane which winds up the hillside from Chella village (10 minutes). The reward for this is privacy and tranquillity in a stunning location. Nirvana shares the 2-acre olive groves with the owners who live in the next door property although it has its own approach driveway and gardens ensuring your privacy.
The owners are on hand to support and advise you about the local area if required - and to let you sample Nirvana's olive oil which they press themselves. They will also prepare a paella or meal of your choice and deliver to the cottage.
Supermarket, chemist, grocery shops, bakeries, banks, bar/restaurants in Chella village, 10 minutes by car. Chella village market every Tuesday morning. Greater selection of shops, bars and restaurants at Xativa, 30 minutes by car.
