About the property

This newly built detached villa is located in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen with the beach, bars, restaurants and Old Town harbour just a few minutes walk away.

The 2 storey villa sleeps up to 4 people and comprises of ground floor with lounge/diner with leather sofas, digital TV, CD player and video. The hallway leads to a twin bedroom, family sized bathroom and a utility room with washing machine. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the home comforts including electric fan oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cutlery.

The first floor has a fabulous marble staircase leads you up to the master double suite with solid wooden floors and large marble bathroom. There are also 2 further balconies on this floor with lovely sea views. Outside the villa you will find your very own private swimming pool with sun loungers and mature gardens for complete privacy. There is also an outside dining area with BBQ for al fresco dining during the warm Canarian evenings.

If you wish to explore the rest of the Island, hiring a car is recommend. Casa Charlana has a private driveway.

The entire villa is walled and security-gated for the safety of young children.

We accept credit cards (not debit cards) at a 1% charge and also bank transfers as methods of payment. Cot rental is £15 per week.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
