About the property
This modern, first floor apartment faces south, overlooking La Isla’s idyllic and secluded residents’ gardens and swimming pool. It is in an excellent location just a few minutes’ stroll – about 400 metres - from Jávea’s main sandy beach, an area offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night.
The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, and well furnished and equipped throughout, with a large, comfortable lounge/dining room, a balcony for dining and relaxing, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fresh, all-white, kitchen. In the gardens there is a profusion of mature trees, flowering shrubs, and lawns, making it the perfect place for long hours of relaxation in the sun or shade. The lagoon-style pool, with its bridges, island, and shallow play area for children, has a delightfully romantic or adventurous appeal. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are less than 2 km away, and there are some excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

About Javea, Costa Blanca
Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a walk through the narrow streets of the old town will bring you to the fish market.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals is big business with many offering cheaper rates during winter months.
Javea is a town steeped in history and some of the museums in the town have traces of artefacts dating back to Roman times, and some of the buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed.
