About the property
High quality ground floor garden apartment close to Jávea’s beautiful, unspoilt seafront. Quiet & exclusive landscaped gardens & pool. English TV.
A very pleasant and spacious ground floor apartment in a low-rise, quality development just 150 metres from the seafront – 15 minutes by foot to the Port of Jávea, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. The gardens are truly delightful, with beautifully manicured lawns, tropical trees and shrubs, and a large swimming pool.
The apartment itself has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, and has a large terrace with steps to a small hedged and lawned, private garden with its own gate to the gardens and pool. Beautiful marble floors throughout the apartment give it a clean, light and airy feel, with a cooling effect in the summer and warmth and comfort in the winter. There are two good beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, which is laid out, in the summer, with tropical sunshades and recliners. The Arenal sandy beach is under a kilometre along the seafront, the distance to the Port is little more than 500 metres, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 2 km. A good supermarket is literally a few minutes walk, and several golf courses are within a 25-minute radius.
Guests are requested not to smoke inside the apartment.
This is an ideal location for more than one family group as we have other apartments here, and can accommodate up to 10 people in total.

About Javea, Costa Blanca
Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a walk through the narrow streets of the old town will bring you to the fish market.
There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals is big business with many offering cheaper rates during winter months.
Javea is a town steeped in history and some of the museums in the town have traces of artefacts dating back to Roman times, and some of the buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed.
