The house is situated in a quiet road, and is one of only 14 properties sharing a landscaped garden and pool in a small complex called Altamar II, a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, La Fontana marina, and the Arenal sandy beach.

The layout of the house. On the ground floor from front to back - south-west facing terrace looking onto the road, and leading into living room with lounge and dining areas. Kitchenette at the rear, with door to rear patio garden adjacent to the pool and garden. Cloakroom. Stairs to first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Stairs to second floor and large gallery bedroom with en suite bathroom. The key attractions of this comfortable townhouse are the spacious accommodation with two outside living areas, the air conditioning, and the fact that it is so close to the sea and the many amenities on and around the Arenal.

There are several supermarkets nearby, and the historic old town of Jávea is about 3 km away. There is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

The Javea area has no high-rise developments, and the medieval town, with its beautiful Arenal beach and pretty old port area, is an untypical, up-market Spanish tourist resort, famed for its friendly welcome and its near perfect climate, with usually 300 full days of sunshine a year.
