About the property

Beautiful semi detached villa with panoramic views of the sea and of the surrounding countryside. This property has been recently refurbished with all mod cons. Has a private garden with terraces and a large solar heated swimming pool (4x8m). Terraced sitting area located near the pool.

This property is set out on 2 floors, the ground floor consists of a large modern kitchen, living/dining room, a guests' toilet and the garage. On the first floor there is a en-suite bedroom (shower only) with a double bed and has a private terrace leading off the bedroom. Two other bedrooms with 2 bunk beds and a single bed in each bedroom. Will sleep 8 people in total. A separate complete bathroom is also on the same floor.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.
