This beautiful villa situated close to the beach is available for holiday bookings throughout the year. The villa can be described as a Mediterranean Rustic Villa with terracotta and wooden floors, some beamed and wood ceilings and mainly rustic furniture. Outside a semi tropical garden with lawn and natural stone patio and pool surround. Garden and pool are regularly maintained.

The villa has the following accommodation. 1 large lounge room spacious, light with open fireplace, TV and large glass doors leading to garden. 1 large lounge upstairs with TV, sofa bed and furnished for your comfort, glass doors to balcony. Dining room, large table seating 6+. Separate fully equipped kitchen and laundry, 4 large bedrooms, 2 on-suite and 1 with spa bath.

Outside, summer kitchen, shower room with wc, pool, terrace and established gardens, sunbeds, and table and chair sets. Private plot with off street parking. Central heating. Satelitte TV ( Limited U.K stations), CD/Radio player. Sleeps up to 10, ideal for 2 families.

The garden and pool are maintained regularly. Towels and linen supplied (not beach towels).

Rental contracts are issued with all bookings. Deposits and security bonds required.

Winter discount rates 01 November to 15 December. July and August, minimum of 2 weeks bookings.

Base currency is Euros, therefore Sterling price may fluctuate according to current exchange rate.

Owner's Tips...

Punta Prima is a peaceful established beach side small urbanizacion with an abundance of greenery. Situated on the Orihuela Costa just South of Torrevieja and close to three golf courses and many beaches. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping centers, medical facilities, church and bar all in a short walking distance from the villa. Within a 5 minute walk Punta Prima has it's own beach with sun beds hire, bar/restaurant facilities.
