About the property

Authentic Catalan manor house, built at the end of the 19th century. The mansion was built and inhabited then by a very prominent family of the province of Tarragona. The house belongs to the municipality of Vila-Seca at only 1 km of Reus and 6 km of Salou.

The house is situated on a domain of 4,5 ha, has a big private swimming pool, tennis court and a summer pavilion where you can eat. The beautiful garden all around the house was designed by a very famous architect of Barcelona. On the same domain is situated a little house, where the housekeeper lives and takes care of the garden, the swimming pool, etc.

Sheets and towels are included in the price.

About Salou, Costa Dorada

The beaches, with clear water and golden sand are probably one of the main reasons people stay in Salou. The mild temperatures all year round make for an excellent holiday, with plenty of activities to get involved in if you choose.

There are some great days out to be had nearby, including Port Aventura and Aqualeon theme parks.
