About the property

A modern villa with its own private pool, ideally located mid way between the resorts and beaches of Moraira and Javea.The property is located in a peaceful residential area of similar properties, just on the outskirts of the old Spanish village of Benitachell, on a gently sloping hillside with views of the surrounding countryside and distant mountains.

The villa is professionally maintained and is well furnished in a bright modern style.

Accommodation comprises, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge dining area with an additional cloackroom. A covered terrace or 'naya' from the lounge area provides an area for dining and relaxing, whist enjoying open valley views and great sunsets.

An internal staircase leads down to 3 bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. ( Two rooms with king sized beds and one room with twin beds) Two of the bedrooms open directly on to the large pool terrace and garden area. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and double wardrobes.

There are sunbeds, dining furniture, parasols and a portable BBQ. The 8x4 metre pool has Roman steps and underwater lighting. The villa is south west facing, so has the sun all day.
Other amenities include TV ( free to view Channels ) DVD and CD player. Washing machine , iron etc. Hairdryer. Alarm system and personal safe. Underfloor heating for the cooler months.

A secluded lower terrace provides a safe area for children to play and is also a suntrap in the cooler winter months.

Prices include linen and towels and a change of linen for those on a two week stay. Guests will need to bring towels for the pool and beach.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

Prices include linen, changed weekly. Please bring towels for the pool and beach. All gas, water and elecricity plus underfloor heating for the winter months within reasonable use.

A deposit of £150 is held as a retainer against damage.

We can accommodate flexible turnovers and stays of varying duration ( apart from summer holiday periods)

Repeat visitors can reserve their holiday with just £150 during peak months.

About Benitachell, Costa Blanca

Situated some 15 minutes from Moraira and Javea, Benitachell offers a fantastic location. Visitors staying around this part of the Costa Blanca can benefit greatly from the attractions and activities closeby. Golf fans are well catered for as the local course is in the area, however a car is recommended so you can explore the delights of Northern Costa Blanca.

Owner's Tips...

The area is easily accessible from both Alicante and Valencia airports.

There are restaurants to suit every taste and pocket, in Benitachell itself and on route to Javea and Moraira which are both a 10 minute drive. There are banks nearby in the village and a large supermarket close by. The closest beach is the Cala Moraig beach which is 5 minutes away by car.

There are weekly markets in all the towns. The theme park Terra Mitica near Benidorm together with Aqualandia is a 30 minute drive.

Water sports, horse riding, , tennis karting, and bowls are all available nearby.The area is well served by golf courses the nearest being Javea Golf (5 minutes), and the more challenging courses of La Sella and Oliva Nova are within 30 minutes drive. A trip to the hilltop village of Guadalest, provides the opportunity to explore the countryside inland.
