About the property
Villa La Vida is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that will sleep up to 12 people. It is fully air-conditioned throughout all 5 bedrooms and in the lounge, dining and kitchen area. Downstairs there is a family bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a twin, the other a double with en-suite, both with wardrobes. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms and another family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large en-suite bathroom and access to an outside terrace at the rear. There is another double bedroom at the rear, again with access to the outside terrace, and includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds. To the front there is a further double bedroom. All upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes. From the upstairs landing there is also a door leading out onto a large external terrace to the side of the villa overlooking the tennis court.
Inside there is a large open salon with a separate large dining area leading to the kitchen. All three areas are separate but have been designed in an open-plan format to create a large living area. The lounge has comfortable chairs and settees around a stone and marble fireplace. There is a large wide-screen TV, DVD, satellite TV and CD music system. Two sets of double doors open onto the rear terrace overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave etc. The dining area has a large table with 10 chairs. Two sets of doors lead onto the raised terrace over looking the pool. Downstairs there is also a utility room with a washing machine and a second fridge.

Mojácar is divided into two areas; firstly the picturesque hilltop town of Mojácar Pueblo, with it's unique Moorish feel, narrow streets and whitewashed properties. Then there is Mojácar Playa - a modern tourist, resort running along the coast.
Mojácar Playa has become a popular holiday destination over the past few years and it is well serviced for visitors. The beaches stretch for miles, they are safe and clean and all major watersports are available to try out. Away from the water, Mojácar Playa has a great selection of restaurants. If you've hired a car, Mini Hollywood and the Waterpark are only a short distance away.

Holiday rentals in Mojacar have increased over the years as more and more visitors are looking for the ideal Mojacar rental. Owner's Tips...
Villa La Vida is just 40 minutes away from Almeria airport and very easy to find. Located near to the Moorish villages of Antas, Mojacar, Bedar and the fishing village of Garrucha.
There are excellent golfing facilities available within a 10 minute drive you will find Desert Springs, Valle D'Este. For those keen on skiing the Sierra Nevada is just a 2 hour drive away along a good motorway.
There is a restaurant/ bar just a short walk away offering excellent tapas and fresh fish along with other food suitable for even the fussiest of children! There are a number of good supermarkets around and a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars in the village of Antas.
A welcome pack will be in the villa on arrival and clients will be greeted by a member of our management team. This team can also arrange for chefs to come in and cook excellent meals for that special occasion nor perhaps for the duration of your stay to give you that time to relax.
