About the property
Marina View 2 is large 3 bed villa just 250 meters from the Marina Rubicon with prices that do not stretch the wallet. This is part of the good news but then add luxury furnishing, brand new kitchen and a child safe enclosed private garden you might just be getting excited.
With our villa you don't require a car to access restaurants, shops beaches and the town and you can access these all on foot. If you havn't as yet seen the Marina Rubicon you will be dazzled by it's up market presentation and suprised how close the lovely Dorada beach is as well as numerouse lovely restaurants. Dorada beach is a popular family friendly yellow beach some 800 meters from the villa.
We have gone to great lenghts and considerable expense to ensure your visit to Lanzarote is as good as it can get and with our top flight pool and house cleaning team you get full support and a number to call in case of emergencies.
The living room is spacious with wicker furnishing from La Troja, Lanzaroties best furniture shop, the living room is also designed with plenty of windows to feel like a conservatory.
There are 3 bedrooms and the Master bedroom is large as all the bedrooms are and has it's own en-suite and marina viewing balcony. Bedroom 2 and 3 can both accept 2 people each and all have La Troja furnishings.
There are 3 bathrooms all with shower and 2 with bath facilities. The kitchen is large, modern and very well equiped as you would demand and expect.
This villa has upstairs views of the Marina and sea as well as the Mountain called Montana Roja. Downstairs is enclosed to create privacy but get's plenty of sunshine throughout the day. For parents who are worried about loosing sight of infants this garden is rectangular and provides good visability.
The pool is solar heated and is a lot of fun for all and the garden has had a great make over and boasts palms and cactus as well as plenty of colour.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

The Marina Rubicon is the place of most interest and can be seen on www.marinarubicon.com the proximity to lovely beaches in short walking distance, high quality restaurants, shops and walks with spectacular views are all a real bonus.
If you enjoy water sports they can all be found within 800 meters such as scuba, sailing, windsurfing and pleasure boat rides to the nearby Papagayo beaches.
