About the property

This beautiful villa, situated on the 11th fairway of the Nuevo Portil golf course, is the perfect location for a family or golf holiday or a combination of both. A safe, gorgeous sandy beach is within easy walking distance and several other spectacular beaches are only a short drive away.

The villa, with its cool marble floors, is luxuriously furnished and has air-conditioning/heating in living and bedrooms. The living room is large, bright and attractively furnished. The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is upstairs and has its own terrace overlooking the golf course. The three twin bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs, together with the fully-fitted kitched, making the house suitable for those who require downstairs accommodation. One of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom and its own front door, making a self-contained unit.

The swimming pool and mature, colourful garden, together with the huge courtyard, with gazebo, make the ideal location for summer outdoor living. BBQ and loungers and pool towels are provided. There is a TV and DVD player. Some UK satellite channels can be accessed. A selection of DVD's are provided. There is a radio, CD cassette player, with a selection of CDs. A selection of books is provided. We advise that you bring extra DVD's, CD's and books/games if required. Safe parking is available within the fenced garden area.

Please contact owner if interested in renting villa. ALL prices are negotiable! Please note that I require a deposit of 25% to secure week/weeks and then the balance 6 weeks prior to the holiday. I also require a refundable deposit of £250 to be paid with the balance. This deposit will be refunded after the post- holiday check of the villa.

Owner's Tips...

The villa is situated within Nuevo Portil Campo de Golf, where there is a golf club with excellent restaurant. The Cartaya Playa Hotel is open during the summer months and offers spa facilities. El Rompido Marina and gold coruse are only 5 minutes' drive away.

Nearby is a Karting track, open all year round and a water park, open in the summer months. The stunning El Portil and Nuevo Portil beaches are within walking distance and feature several sea front restaurants. El Portil village has shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. whilst el Rompido is a pretty fishing village providing a number of good bars and restaurants. There are several other golf courses within easy driving distance. This is a beautiful part of Spain which has not been spoilt with commercialism and yet it has everything one could want to make it a place to return to again and again!
