About the property
Villa Sastre is a modern, very attractive, spacious villa with 3 bedrooms set in its own extensive grounds with a large private swimming pool.
It is equipped with modern, effective air conditioning and central heating systems and is available for rent all year round.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the popular picturesque resort town of L'Escala in the Costa Brava.
This tastefully furnished villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; there is a comfortable lounge with 2 x 3 seater sofas, dining area for 6 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
On the ground floor there are 2 bright bedrooms that have two single beds in each. Each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and one of the bedrooms has sliding doors that open onto the outside wooden decking area. A large modern bathroom with separate bath and shower is also on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads to the upper floor were you will find the Master bedroom that has a double bed and a large built in wardrobe that leads out, via sliding doors, onto a huge terrace with panoramic views. There is also a toilet/shower room and a smaller terrace upstairs.
This is an all year round villa with heating and air conditioning systems installed for your comfort.
For your entertainment the villa has satellite TV, DVD, CD and radio connected to a surround sound speaker system.
Outside the villa there is a large secluded private swimming pool which has a large wooden decking area that can be used for sunbathing with the comfortable loungers that are supplied.
There are facilities (table, chairs etc) for al fresco dining plus a large modern stone barbecue, is available for use. There are some cooler shaded areas for dining in if required.
There are two driveways that can easily accommodate one car each.
The secluded grounds are also home to selection of shrubs, flowers and trees. The front gate to the grounds can be operated using a remote control opening system via a telephone link in the lounge or operated manually with the key.

About L'Escala, Costa Brava
This popular holiday resort was once a small fishing port, but over the years it has grown alongside tourism. Fishing remains an important role for the locals, and the fish auctions around the harbour area are the best place to pick up the catch of the day.
L’Escala has some great beaches, a particular favourite being Cala Montgó, this is a small bay that is protected from the wind, making it ideal for relaxing in the summer sun.
Owner's Tips...
The beach of Riells is located a pleasant 15 minutes walk from the villa. The beachfront has numerous bars and restaurants as well as local supermarkets.
There are plenty of shops bars and restaurants in the charming old town which is about a 20 minute walk from Villa Sastre.
The nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants to the villa are only 5 minutes walk away.
LEscala is also ideally suited for golf holiday with several top quality courses within comfortable driving (car) distance - 3 within 15 minutes.
In the winter you can realistically hit the slopes with the nearest ski resort (Vallter 2000) in the Pyrenees being only 1 and a half hours drive.
Local leisure include shopping center, small shops, restaurants, pubs, disco, café, internet café, theater, zoo, water park, amusement park, harbour, museum, church, market and concerts.
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, skiing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind surfing.
Distance to airport: 40 km, beach 2 km, golf 15 km, shops 400m.

The lovely town of LEscala with its unique atmosphere and beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in under 40 Minutes from Girona airport, which is served by Ryanair. It is also ideal for golfing holidays as there are many quality courses nearby. Ski resorts are one and a half hours drive away. We can arrange car for you, if required.
