About the property
This is a one bedroom 1st floor apartment overlooking a swimming pool. It is well equipped with the following - in the bedroom we have twin beds, fitted wardrobe, portable fans, a safe & alarm clock.
In the lounge there are two single sofa's that convert into single beds, plus two easy chairs, there is a 21" TV with satellite reception for BBC 1&2, ITV, Ch4, Sky movies, Euro & Sky Sports 1&2 a cartoon channel & many more. There is also a DVD player & video recorder.
There is recently refurbished (Dec 2007) fully fitted kitchen that has an oven / hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, cutlery & crockery everything you need. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, and on the balcony we have a patio set & relaxer chairs. You will also find a shopping trolley that you are welcome to use should you decide to go to the local Supermarket (bottled water can be extremely heavy).
Linen & towels are supplied at no extra cost, but we do ask that the towels are not taken down to the pool side, please bring a beach towel for that use.
For your safety the apartment is fitted with smoke detectors, a first aid kit and the balcony conforms to Tenerife safety standards.

Rental prices for our Tenerife apartment is £250 per week, except for Christmas & New Year £350 / week based on two sharing & extra £10 per person for three or more.
£100 deposit is required on booking & the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposits are non refundable, so we recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
About Los Cristianos, Tenerife
A popular destination since the 1960's, Los Cristianos still holds onto a small amount of its local identity, with restaurants and bars are aplenty. Quieter than other areas, the main focal point is around the harbour where you can escape to La Gomera by ferry or hydrofoil.
Flight deals to Los Cristianos are available from the UK, with many airlines flying several times a week. The mild climate on Tenerife means a holiday in Los Cristianos can be taken all year round.
Many of the Los Cristianos holiday apartments are ideal for families, several of the complexes have separate kiddies pools and beaches are closeby for the sunworshippers amongst you.
Owner's Tips...
This apartment is situated on one of Los Cristianos favourite complexes, it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and shopping centre, on Sunday there is a market within a short walk. Within the local vicinity there are many good resturants, catering for all tastes & budgets.
There is plenty for families to do e.g. Aqualand, Jungle Park, Go-karting & Tenerife Zoo Monkey Park. Most of these do a free bus service, full details are available from Main Reception.
Parque Nacional Las Canadas del Teide. Strange volcanic rock formations and spectacular scenery distinguish this park, which surrounds Mount Teide, an active volcano and the highest peak in Spain. Attraction type: National park; Volcano; Geological formation
Loro Parque, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. A popular park showcasing hundreds of colourful parrots and other tropical birds. Attraction type: Natural history museum.
Park Masca, Attraction type: Historic village
These are only a few of the many attractions that Tenerife has to offer, car hire is cheap and the best way to get around the island. However there is a bus station just around the corner and again timetables can be obtained from reception.
