Ideal for between 2 and 8 people. Sun, sea & fun. Private detached villa with private pool and garden in Campoverde on the southern edge of Costa Blanca. Near beaches, shops, restaurants and bank. Alicante airport 55 mins drive to north and Murcia airport 20 mins drive to south. Parking outside on road in a bay or off road in drive at rear of villa.

Two sun decks south facing. 1 kingbed room, 2 twins groundfloor and a double en-suite which is on top sun deck. UK satellite TV. Washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Air conditioning in all areas.

Owner's Tips...

Blue flag beaches just 6/7 mins drive. Some shops close by for all general needs 3 min walk. More shops, restaurants, bank, bars in Campoverde 20 min walk or 3 min drive. Lots of restaurants such as Pitzarela serves all types of food including wonderfull crisp pitzas. Good chinese.

Lots of shopping, fish restaurants,water sports etc. Four golf courses - one just down road and three others within a 20 min drive.
