About Villa Campoverde
Ideal for between 2 and 8 people. Sun, sea & fun. Private detached villa with private pool and garden in Campoverde on the southern edge of Costa Blanca. Near beaches, shops, restaurants and bank. Alicante airport 55 mins drive to north and Murcia airport 20 mins drive to south. Parking outside on road in a bay or off road in drive at rear/side of villa. Two sun decks south facing.
1 king bed room, 2 twins (ie 4 single beds) on the ground floor and a double ensuite which is on top sun deck.
Welcome pack with bread, milk, marg, water, sugar, coffee, tea bags, eggs, wine, biscuits, pizza, orange juice, soft drink, jam/marmalade, crisps, ham, cheese, cereal, washing up liquid (approx list not binding).
UK satellite TV, washing machine, toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Air conditioning in most areas.
Home comforts, in a well kept environment. Local agent Anne lives 5 mins away. Great shower. Good to have your own private pool, especialy in height of summer. BBQ and garden to enjoy. Lay by the pool and enjoy that hot sunshine.
Easy to fly to. Lots of sun year round. Good food and wine. Close to great beaches. Good roads.
Good shopping.

Owner's Tips
Blue flag beaches just 10/15 mins drive. Some bars, restaurants, food outlets and shops close by for all general needs 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants, bank, bars in Campoverde 20 min walk or 3 min drive. Lots of restaurants such as Pitzarela serves all types of food including wonderfull crisp pitzas.
Lots of shopping, fish restaurants,water sports etc. Four golf courses - one just down road and three others within a 20 min drive.

“Had a very good two weeks here in May 2009, the Villa is very spacious with good quality fittings. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which is a credit to the owners and the property managers.The welcome pack was substantial, everything you would need to to save you going out looking for shops on your arrival day, and as we had driven 1400 miles to get there all we had to do was unload some luggage and sit by the pool and chill!
El Pinar de Campoverde is a lovely clean spacious estate with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, all of which are within a few minutes drive or a short walk up the road.
What made the Holiday memorable? * Quality Spacious Villa and Furniture, Own Pool, Nice location, Great weather, Friendly helpful neighbours next door.”
