About Aloha Gardens

Aloha Gardens is ideally located in Nueva Andalucia, in the heart of the Golf Valley, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra Blanca mountains, in the most sought after western part of Costa del Sol, in Andalucia, Southern Spain.

This perfect location combines the tranquillity of a residential area together with the excitement of international life and nightlife. The glamorous Puerto Banus marina where the rich and famous moor their yachts is only 1,5 km-1mile far and Marbella sandy beaches are 3 km-2 miles far, whereas Malaga and Gibraltar airports are about 50 minutes drive.

The spacious (97 M2) ground-floor apartment has a large living-dining room opening onto a terrace with direct access to a small private garden facing Aloha golf course with Sierra Blanca mountains as background.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a 21’’ satellite TV and en-suite bathroom whereas the twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with tub and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing-drying machine, dishwasher, electrical plates and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. 28'' satellite TV in the living room, video, CD/tape player, board games, books. The covered terrace has sun furniture and BBQ.

Marble floor, air conditioning, heating, private place in the underground car park, 24hr security service. The sleeping capacity is 4 adults + baby. Although it is a self-catering apartment, cleaning service can be supplied.

Located to the west of Marbella, boat lovers will be in their element here. The Puerto Banus marina houses some of the best yachts you are ever likely to see, and people think nothing of sipping their drinks whilst soaking up the atmosphere. The glorious weather in Puerto Banus makes this an ideal destination for those wanting to kick back and relax. Eating and drinking is also a favourite pastime and there is a huge selection of places to choose from, so whether you´re looking for a restaurant suitable for children, or one of the famous nightclubs in Puerto Banus, it won’t take you long to make the perfect discovery.

If you happen to be visiting outside the busy summer months, you may see a different side to Puerto Banus; it’s a great place for strolling around or sitting and chatting to friends in an altogether quieter atmosphere. Rental villas and apartments in Puerto Banus are available all year round.

Owner's Tips

This elegant residence is within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, international restaurants, sport centres, beaches and nightlife. Taxis and busses are available and although a car is not really necessary, it is recommended if you want to discover Andalucia to the full and to enjoy some of its countless attractions.

Amenities include 3 swimming pools: the central pool is surrounded by gardens, the 2nd pool has a water chute for children (under renovation), and the 3rd pool with sliding canopy is heated in winter and has a jacuzzi. There is a small children’s play area with swing and toboggan.

You have free access to the fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi and with a small charge, you can book Aloha Gardens tennis and paddle tennis courts (floodlit) or the multipurpose court to play soccer and basketball.

The resort has a reception, restaurant, bar, video rentals, bank and many shops are within walking distance. The famous El Corte Ingles hypermarket is in Puerto Banus about 25 minutes walk.

About us
I am a French private owner who has decided to buy an apartment in Marbella after many years rentals. I worked in tourism for many years so I have furnished my apartment to fulfill my guests needs so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.

What we love about our property
Puerto Banus Marbella area is ideal for holidays all the year round. The apartment is located in a residential area, surrounded by beautiful garden and swimming pool. When my sons were young they had a lot of fun in the swimming pool or playing in the gardens, and as a mother, I really appreciated that the complex was gated for security reasons. Now that my sons are young adults, they are so happy that all the places they frequent are withing walking distance.

If you like walking, you will find plenty of nice places especially the beach promenade leading to Marbella and San Pedro. If you are golf player, you will have a wide choice around.
