About the property

Paraiso Golf 7 is a recently extended bungalow style villa offering plenty of room within it. The villa is set in a private complex which is generally very quiet and peaceful. The villa is set within its own garden which is fully screened for privacy. The complex is locked so is the garden so there is good security for you during your stay.

Paraiso Golf has often been described on many occasions as having a very homely atmosphere to it. So if you are looking for a Home from Home holiday accommodation this could be the place for you. It is extremely well equipped and the large communal pool just 30 seconds away from the garden gate is usually very quiet, often our guests have had the pool to themselves

The living room comes complete with plenty of seating and lighting. For your entertainment there is a 30" widescreen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, CD and tape player. The dining room has seating for six on with traditional furniture. We also have a terrace room with covered roofed seating area overlooking garden.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, halogen hob, toaster, kettle, table-top oven and combi microwave.

The property has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus there is extra sleeping on the sofabed in the lounge. One bathroom is en-suite with shower/bath, the other one with shower cubicle.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and lounge.

Outside sees a pretty garden with furniture, tiled sun patio.. There is a garden pond with fountains and lights which illuminate at night.

Quiet communal swimming pool and parking off main street.

The property is suitable for families, couples and groups. The owners ensure through their agent on the island that each set of visitors are left a bottle of water and toilet rolls. Our agent is available for any problems you may encounter during your stay. There is a facility for unlimited wireless internet, this is arranged through our agent who looks after the property and gardens and is payable to him once you are in the villa.

About Maspalomas, Gran Canaria

A popular tourist destination, Maspalomas has plenty to offer. If you fancy a change from relaxing on the beach, on the edge of the famous dunes is an 18-hole golf course to try your luck on. The town itself is full of modern complexes and hotels, plus fantastic entertainment facilities, ensuring there is something for everyone. One such attraction is the Palmitos Park, which has over 50 different types of palm trees from all over the world.

Location near golf course. Local activities include swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, windsurfing and water skiing.

The villa is situated in the residential area of Maspalomas, Gran Canaria known as Campo International. Its location is away from the main holiday apartments and hotels ensuring you have a peaceful stay (should you wish so). The famous Yumbo centre is just a €3 taxi ride away, and you'll be right in the heart of the lively Playa del Ingles, with its restaurants, bars and clubs, this is a place that has something to offer everyone.

Although Paraiso Golf 7 is located in a mainly residential area, there are many amenities nearby. Just 3 minutes walk from the bungalow is a supermarket which is hidden away underground. For those who like their golf, there is a golf course located 3 minutes away; here you can also enjoy a meal in the restaurant, which is open to the public. Also nearby is a very good fish restaurant. Further amenities are located within 10 minutes walking distance at Faro 2 Shopping Centre. Here you will find bars, shops, a late night supermarket and an array of varied restaurants with outdoor and indoor eating.

The nearest beach to Paraiso Golf 7 is located at Maspalomas Faro (Lighthouse). Walking along the beach you will find a suitable spot to suit you. Beaches are available for those with families, but a short walk along and you will find Nudist beaches if you're looking for that all over tan. Located along the beach are huts that serve snacks and refreshments to satisfy your appetite and keep you cool. There are also numerous places to hire sun relaxers and parasols for the day.

“I have just returned from holiday at ParaisonGolf 7 and can only endorse all the testimonials on their website we found the booking and enquiries were handled quickly and professionally. I thought that the price of rental to be very good especially for what you get.

Our first impressions were that it has large living area, very well equipped. In a good location with the pool so near and a lovely garden especially when lit at night time

If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday this is the place to go to, the villa was very private as was the lovely garden area . It was well equipped with everything you could possible need. It is near the shops and restraints if you do not want to go to the towns of Playa and Maspalomas. If you have a car or you can go by bus Puerto Mogan is a lovely visit. From the main road by the villa taxis and buses is where there are plenty of taxis and the bus stop. We would recommend this villa to anyone thinking of booking a holiday in Gran Canaria.

“I would like to thank both Dave and Graham for a very pleasant stay we had at the paraisio Golf 7 villa from the 17 till the 23 July 2010.

The owners were incredibly helpful prior to our departure in giving us advice on the property and the local amenities. They were professional in their approach yet friendly and warm. They sent the keys to the property in good time and they also sent some documentation which gave directions ect on how to get to the property.

On arrival the Villa was nice and clean and inviting for us and we were keen to get unpacked and settled into what felt like our home for the week. There were all the mod cons that we needed for our stay so this was great. The communal pool felt very private and on very rare occasions we saw between 1 & 3 other people at the pool other than us!


I have already recommended this property to some friends at it is very good value for money. I will definitely be visiting this accommodation on my next visit to gran canaria!!
