The living room comes complete with plenty of seating and lighting. For your entertainment there is a 30" widescreen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, CD and tape player. The dining room has seating for six on with traditional furniture. We also have a terrace room with covered roofed seating area overlooking garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, halogen hob, toaster, kettle, table-top oven and combi microwave.
The property has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus there is extra sleeping on the sofabed in the lounge. One bathroom is en-suite with shower/bath, the other one with shower cubicle.
Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and lounge.
Outside sees a pretty garden with furniture, tiled sun patio and barbecue. There is a garden pond with fountains and lights which illuminate at night.
Quiet communal swimming pool and parking off main street.
The property is suitable for families, couples and groups. The owners ensure through their agent on the island that each set of visitors are left a bottle of water and toilet rolls. Our agent is available for any problems you may encounter during your stay and he is able to offer airport transfers should you need them.

A popular tourist destination, Maspalomas has plenty to offer. If you fancy a change from relaxing on the beach, on the edge of the famous dunes is an 18-hole golf course to try your luck on. The town itself is full of modern complexes and hotels, plus fantastic entertainment facilities, ensuring there is something for everyone. One such attraction is the Palmitos Park, which has over 50 different types of palm trees from all over the world.
Location near golf course. Local activities include swimming, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, windsurfing and water skiing.
The villa is situated in the residential area of Maspalomas, Gran Canaria known as Campo International. Its location is away from the main holiday apartments and hotels ensuring you have a peaceful stay (should you wish so). The famous Yumbo centre is just a €3 (£1.75) taxi ride away, and you'll be right in the heart of the lively Playa del Ingles, with its restaurants, bars and clubs, this is a place that has something to offer everyone.
Although Paraiso Golf 7 is located in a mainly residential area, there are many amenities nearby. Just 3 minutes walk from the bungalow is a supermarket which is hidden away underground. For those who like their golf, there is a golf course located 3 minutes away; here you can also enjoy a meal in the restaurant, which is open to the public. Also nearby is a very good fish restaurant. Further amenities are located within 10 minutes walking distance at Faro 2 Shopping Centre. Here you will find bars, shops, a late night supermarket and an array of varied restaurants with outdoor and indoor eating.
The nearest beach to Paraiso Golf 7 is located at Maspalomas Faro (Lighthouse). Walking along the beach you will find a suitable spot to suit you. Beaches are available for those with families, but a short walk along and you will find Nudist beaches if you're looking for that all over tan. Located along the beach are huts that serve snacks and refreshments to satisfy your appetite and keep you cool. There are also numerous places to hire sun relaxers and parasols for the day.

“We had a lovely stay at Paraiso Golf 7 Our first impressions were”charming”, in a quiet location and a spacious villa. The villa is very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It also has a lovely covered patio area and a well kept garden.
The location is excellent with a walk of under 10 minutes to a shopping area (Faro 2) here there is a medium sized supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, an ATM a small cyber café and an area for children. The beach is 20 minute walk, or less by bus, there is a bus stop nearby the villa with cheap buses going to a number of places including Playa-del-Ingles and Las Palmas. We also found taxis to be cheap and plentiful. We found it more economical to use buses and taxis than renting a car. This was one of our best holidays and we hope to return.

“Searching the web for accommodation in Gran Canaria we found the site for Paraiso Golf. After reading the site, viewing the pictures and reading all the comments made about it from other people we decided to make a booking. We are so glad that we did as the villa met our expectations and more. We found it a great place to stay. The site and the testimonials made there are definitely accurate. One thing you can not get from them is the atmosphere that the villa and garden create without visiting it. It has a feeling of welcome and love as you enter it. This is enhanced by the garden which has an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity, especially at night when lit up. A definite place to stay, fully recommended and well worth another stay especially as it is great value for money

“We had a great holiday staying at Paraiso Golf 7, where we found the villa to be roomy, comfortable and exceptionally clean and well equipped. The garden of the villa is also an asset as it is beautiful and completely private, a really lovely place to sit for both the sun and also for a relaxing sit in the evening with a bottle of wine. As the garden is well lit at nights it creates a lovely warm atmosphere. We found that booking was hassle free and the owners Dave and Graham were very helpful with our questions and we always received a quick response. We also met Tom who looks after the villa and garden and he was very helpful and extremely polite. Paraiso Golf 7 is a definite place to return to and we would fully recommend this villa as an excellent place to stay”
