About the property

Detached 2 bedroom villa with private pool in Empuriabrava. The property is situated in the lovely resort of Empuriabrava in a quiet road, close to the centre of town. There are shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the property.

The villa has a mature garden, with palm and olive trees, a private swimming pool with patio areas and barbecue. There is a semi-closed terrace with dining area.

Inside there are 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 singles), 1 bathroom with toilet and wash basin, a shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin, a separate fully fitted kitchen and large comfortable lounge/diner with Satellite TV offering Sky freeview channels, DVD, and hi-fi. The property is double glazed, with oil fired central heating and air conditioning. There are fans in both bedrooms. The property sleeps 5 and has a bed settee in the lounge. There is a safe for the use of the clients. Travel cot can be rented separately at 15 euros per week (excludes bedding).

About Empuriabrava, Costa Brava

For those wanting a holiday in a private property, near a marina, then Empúriabrava has to be the best choice. This resort was built in the late 1960's on an old marshland, nowadays it neighbours the National Park of I’Aiguamolls de I’Emporda.

A huge bonus to the properties in this area is many have their own mooring, and being surrounded by water and canals, the watersports on offer here are first class. There are a variety of boat tours to discover, as well as a fantastic sandy beach, all within an attractive resort.

Situated in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava, Empuriabrava is a lovely resort with everything for all the family, with beautiful beaches, water sports, and many other activities including several top quality golf courses within easy reach and a pitch and putt, with driving range, just 5 minutes drive away. There are a large selection of restaurants and bars in the town, also shops and supermarkets. Sailing charters available for 49 euros/person which includes lunch and drinks. Also available are tandem parachute jumps.
