About Villa Limon

Villa Limon is set in a quiet cul de sac with 1000 square metres of beautiful gardens but just a few minutes from the golden sands of 'Arenal Beach' and Javea itself with marina, fishing port and shops, bars and restaurants in the old and new town.

The villa comprises 250m² of comfortably appointed living area. The main floor has most of the accommodation and sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Within the house there is an apartment with a separate entrance which can sleep a further 2-4 people with its own kitchenette, bath and shower room. The villa is air conditioned, cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. It has a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, living area and conservatory which has delightful views over the gardens, pool, sea and cliffs.

BBQ, floodlit pool, cable TV with premium channels, wireless internet access is freely available, dishwasher, quality teak furniture in superb gardens, Air conditioning throughout.

The villa is cleaned before and after each visit and beds are made up and towels provided. There is a lovely king size bed and the possibility of a further king size made up from two singles if required. Mattresses new and very comfortable! Linen is changed after each week on two week lets and the caretaker makes a courtesy visit after guests arrival to check all is in order.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!

Owner's Tips

Javea is situated about half way between Valencia and Alicante on Spain’s beautiful ‘white coast’ or Costa Blanca. It has been officially classified by the World Health Organisation as “environmentally near perfect” with an ideal climate. There is a 10 month season and the area is ideal for golfers, walkers and naturalists in winter and the cooler months. There are 3 fine golf courses, tennis, horse riding, water sports, a few discos, and fine restaurants in the vicinity.

There is a beautiful and safe family beach at Arenal with a traffic free promenade strewn with restaurants and bars which cater for all tastes and budgets. Close by are other quieter beautiful beaches including Baracca and Granadella where time appears to have stood still!

“This villa is by far the best we have rented in the Javea region and we shall be returning! Just a few minutes drive from the coast, it offers the attractions of Javea with Arenal beach and also the seclusion of a quiet residential area.The extensive grounds are well maintained and gave us the chance to sunbathe by the pool, relax in the shade and choices of location to eat outside. We especially enjoyed soaking up the early evening sunshine in the BBQ area. Inside, the accommodation is spacious, comfortably funrished and well equipped. We followed several recommendations from the house guest book and had superb meals out at varying prices. We are already booked in again for next year!”

“I went to Villa Limon for the first time in May this year with my family and it was just like home from home. It had everything we could possibly need for a really relaxing, stress free holiday. The pool was fabulous, very clean and also very private. The villa iself has a very spacious feel about it and the location is excellent, beach close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We loved it, so much so that we booked it again as soon as we came home and went back to it a month later! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa, we cannot wait to go back!”
