Only five minutes from the sandy beach, and the famous Miraflores golf course. This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (104sq/m) self catering apartment is situated on the much sought after Los Mijares. 10mins from Marbella.
This property would ideally suit anyone looking for a fantastic location to explore Andalucia and to taste the local lifestyle.
The apartment is situated in the grounds at the quieter end of the garden, and is not overlooked. There is a large central pool.
Miraflores and Riviera del sol are beautiful areas with a lot to offer. Great restaurants on your doorstep, and beautiful well kept streets with lush tropical surroundings and close to all the amenities that you need for your a truly relaxing holiday.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings including a comprehensive home entertainment system, Sky TV, DVD, and CD. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher.
The master bedroom is an en-suite with bath and shower opening onto the terrace. The en-suite bathroom has both a bath and a shower. The 2nd bathroom has a separtate walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Floors are marble throughout. This apartment is a cool apartment for those hot summer nights.
Rounding off this attractive apartment is a large terrace, which offers both sun and shade, and comes complete with large dining table for your breakfast lunch and alfresco eating or just sitting enjoying the late evenings. The apartment is disabled friendly.
We also provide high chair and cot for small children at no extra cost.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol
Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.
The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
Owner's Tips...
The Costa del Sol's hundred-and-sixty-something kilometres of coastline are mostly beach, so the beach is the centre around which life revolves in this part of the world. With only a few exceptions, these are not wilderness beaches, but are carefully maintained, regularly cleaned, and generally kept spick-and-span, with lifeguards, beach bars, showers, disabled access and all amenities - beaches with all home comforts.
The beaches near here are all child friendly and blue flag this is a fantastic area for all to enjoy, some beaches have childrens play areas. You can spend the whole day on the beach with great food and relaxation on the Mediteranian. with Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
The exclusive "Nikki Beach" is only 5 mins away.
Car hire is recommended although not necessary. If you want to enjoy and explore Andalucia this is the best way to do it at your own leasure. With beautiful white washed villages and history to explore
This attractive apartment has secure underground parking, together with a lift for your convenience.
However we have had lots of clients who have not driven and have had great reports back, with public transpost being easy to use and easy.
