Only five minutes from the sandy beach of Miraflores and Torrenueva, also the famous Miraflores golf course.
Our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom self catering apartment is situated on the much sought after Miraflores Urbanisation Los Mijares is a large (104sq/m) apartment.
We are 20mins drive from Marbella and Fuengirola,and there is also a local Bus route to both.
We are happy to organise Airport pickups and Hire Cars.

The apartment is situated in the grounds at the quieter end of the garden, and is not overlooked. It has all Mod cons and is a relaxing apartment with all home comforts. There is a large central pool, with sun loungers and umbrellas
This Apartment also has Unlimited WiFi available, at a Cost of £30/week or £10/day this is for up to 10 devices so Great Value.
Miraflores and Riviera del sol are beautiful areas with a lot to offer. Great restaurants on your doorstep, and beautiful well kept streets with lush tropical surroundings and close to all the amenities that you need for your a truly relaxing holiday.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings including a comprehensive home entertainment system, Sky TV, DVD, and Ipod music centre. There is a selection of DVD's for your entertainment. Wifi.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher. Full oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine in a separate utility room.
The master bedroom is an en-suite with bath and shower room. The bedroom leads onto the terrace. The other bedroom is a twin and we can also pop a 3rd bed into here for a child. The 2nd bathroom has a separate walk-in shower. There is also a hairdryer for your use. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Floors are marble throughout. This apartment is a cool apartment for those hot summer nights. We also provide a high chair and cot for small children at no extra cost if needed. Towels (not beach towels) and linen supplied.
Rounding off this attractive apartment is a large terrace, which offers both sun and shade, and comes complete with large dining table for your breakfast, lunch and alfresco dining or just sitting enjoying the late evenings. There is a sofa on the terrace for relaxing.
The apartment is disabled friendly.
Please note that we offer a welcome pack, this includes milk, water, orange juice, bread, beers or red wine. Tea and coffee are in the apartment please just replace what you have used.
If you wish for extra shopping to be done for your arrival this is not a problem.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol
Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.
The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
Owner's Tips
The Costa del Sol's hundred-and-sixty-something kilometres of coastline are mostly beach, so the beach is the centre, around which life revolves in this part of the world. With only a few exceptions, these are not wilderness beaches, but are carefully maintained, regularly cleaned, and generally kept spick-and-span, with lifeguards, beach bars, showers, disabled access and all amenities - beaches with all home comforts.

The beaches near here are all child friendly and blue flag this is a
fantastic area for all to enjoy, some beaches have childrens play areas. You can spend the whole day on the beach with great food and relaxation on the Mediteranian. with Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
The exclusive "Nikki Beach" is only 5 mins away.
Car hire Optional, however is recommended although not necessary only if you want to enjoy and explore Andalucia this is the best way to do it at your own leasure. With beautiful white washed villages and history to explore
This attractive apartment has secure underground parking, together with a lift for your convenience. Also Security gates..
However we have had lots of clients who have not driven and have had great reports back, with public transpost being easy to use and easy.

We love spain and are passionate about the area and the things that Mijas Costa has to offer,

Our Apartment is definatley Home from Home, in so many ways,
We have a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher so everyone is happy, the lounge is very comfortable with Sky Tv will all Uk Channels. together with a Mp3/iplayer System.
The Apartment is well maintained and has internet for you to use for up 10 devices. This is at a nominal Fee for the week.
The Area around Los Mijares is ideal for everyone. Close to the beach and the golf and ofcourse the whole coast line. Come and enjoy.

“I love this apartment" I would recremend this place to anyone who likes to walk in the sunshine! There's everything that one would need at this place & nothing to far away from you, the area is quiet around there, so no problem sleeping on a night. I'd never been to the costa del sol before but I will be returning there very soon. We've been to northern Spain a couple of times before + Mercia & enjoyed them but this area is far the best place I'd been to in Spain & will defiantly be returning in the near future very soon! Thanks again for a wonderful holiday at your place.”

“Had a lovely two week stay, in a quiet location, very relaxing. We didn't hire a car so did a lot of walking and found a great deal to do in the surrounding area. But if you struggle with hills it may not be suitable without a car. However we walked to the beach a few times which took about 20 mins, walked to la cala, which was great for our five year old, with the park and pirate ship play area. And took a bus ride to marbella, which we caught from the bottom of the hill. The apartment was great, had everything you could possilbly need, and a big thanks to flo and lee who sorted out transfers and any other issues we had with great efficiency.”

“Los Mijares is a lovely little complex just off the coast near La Cala de Mijas. It is a very large, comfortable apartment which sleeps 4 people comfortable with all the facilities of home. The pool is well kept and the time we were there, very quiet. The surrounding area provides something for everyone from sight seeing to fitness. Gibraltar is a day trip I'd recommend for everyone, lots to see with very cheap duty frees. All in all, we probably will come here again.”

“Staying here was a great choice, we were welcomed with a nice welcome pack of Water, milk and a nice bottle of Spanish Red Wine.
The owner was really passionate about the area and the apartment, which has a really nice feel. and is very spacious.
The beach is a short walk away down the hill and the apartment itself is not overlooked, and is very peaceful.
They have a Facebook page, which we found to be very helpful, it filled us in on events etc in the area, and restaurants.
We also took advantage of the Internet, which allowed us to keep in touch back home. and also my wife was able to download her books on her Kindle, also i could read my newspaper (always a Bonus).
In all i would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.
Great price, and beautiful location of Miraflores.”
