About Villa Adeje Golf
This linked villa with private pool is situated in one of the most sought after locations in the south of Tenerife.
Situated overlooking the golf links on the prestigious Cota Adeje golf course with views over the golf course out to sea and the beautiful island of La Gomera.
The property is perfect for the golfing enthusiast and also for the non golfers who enjoy breathtaking views in a quiet location, yet only minutes away from the fishing village of La Caleta with all its fantastic restaurants and a short drive away from the popular resorts Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The best beaches are situated only a few minutes away at Playa Fanabe. The Golf club which serves excellent snacks is just a two minute walk away from the villa.
The property is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with all you need.

Owner's Tips
The golf club is just a 200 metre walk from the property and serves drinks, snacks and restaurant meals and it is available to the non golfers as well. The course which was designed by Pepe Gancedo opened in 1998. Built on a former banana plantation utilising its natural terrain this challenging Par 72 course has fabulous views over the Atlantic and of Mount Teide.
The additional 9 holes (Par 33) has 6 lakes that make the game an interesting and joyful experience. Other facilities include the driving range, practice bunker, two putting greens and a golf school.
The fishing village of La Caleta is just a few minutes away and is famous for its choice of quality restaurants.
There is also a popular beach area with beach bar and snacks. The famous beaches of El Duque and Fanabe are just a few kilometres further along the coast.

“Excellent property. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to similarly mature adults with an interest in playing Golf. While a car is essential, good restaurants are only 5 mins. away. It was our 10th time visiting Tenerife staying in various types of accommodation and would consider this the best yet. Small touches of having some basic kitchen items such as salt sugar and small supply of Tea and Coffee to get you going were appreciated.
We were very happy with the weather but the Pool was very cold.
We will be back”

“Hi Mike,thank you so much for being so helpfull last Christmas when we rented your villa.The villa is excellent,we have stayed in the Canary islands 19 times now and this was the best so far.Very comfy
even the beds were good,a failure with most holiday renals.A car is a must,but that was the good part as its only a 5 minute drive everywhere you need to go,and the beauty of a peaceful location to stay .We have stayed in the resorts in the past,but the noise was terrible,even the 5 star hotels are never far from a karioke bar.The only disturbance here was the odd sparrow churp,great.W eloved it,will come again,and would highly recommend it,very many thanks,The Claxton family”

“Very nice house, nice spot with views over the golfcourse and the sea. All the equipment to have a nice stay were available. One remark: The mattresses were very hard. Really good sleep was not there for us. But that may relate to personal preference.
Recommended for those who like to play golf and like to watch other people struggling with the 16th hole just in front of the garden. Always nice to comment on other peoples'swing with a glas of wine in your hand........”
