About 1 Bedroom Apartment
This idylic family complex is just a few minutes walk to Puerto Colon Marina and adjacent beach. In a prime location, Part of Torviscas and san Eugenio. With easy access to bars restaurants and the San Eugenio shopping centre it makes the perfect spot.
Access to the The complex is via a secure gated lane, the apartment is about 20m down the lane at pool-level. All the shops, restaurants and bars that you could possibly need are within a very short distance of the complex. The complex also boasts two excellent pools that have separate children's areas and ample sunbeds round each pool.
The private terrace at the front of the apartment has an excellent view of the pool. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. A gate that complements all the other ironwork secures the front of the apartment.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and has every convenience. The modern French doors at the front can be fully opened to provide an open-air feeling. The lounge has a double sofa-bed cornersuite, along with a display unit and coffee table. There is also a 32" Sony LCD TV with satelite channels, DVD player, hi-fi, lamps and tower fan. The display unit has cupboards and drawers for extra storage space. A selection of Cds Dvds and books are provided for your use.
The Modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a microwave, 4 ring hob, Built in oven, toaster, kettle, Large fridge freezer, toasted sandwich maker and ample cutlery and crockery. An iron and ironing board are supplied
The fully-tiled bathroom has a full sized bath with an overhead shower and, of course, the toilet and wash basin.
The bedroom has two single beds with nice bright covers. There is plenty of hanging space in the wardrobes, along with drawers and shelves. There is also a sideboard that has additional cupboards and drawers and a wall mirror. Lamps, a tower fan and a hairdryer complete the bedroom furnishings. A safe has been fitted which is free for our guests to use. There are double doors at the end of the bedroom, which lead onto the rear terrace.
This terrace is accessible from the lane that runs along the side of the complex, and provides wheelchair access. The doors can only be opened from inside so making the apartment nice and secure.

About Playa de las Americas, Tenerife
The start of major tourism began here in the late 1960's and Playa de las Americas is now brimming with hotels and apartments, bars and restaurants. This area has a reputation of all-year round fun in the sun. The artificial beaches are a haven for sun-worshippers and can get very busy at peak times in the year. If you are looking for an easy holiday with lots of entertainment on hand, Playa de las Americas is for you.

“Lovely apartment, recent refurb. Kitchen is modern and well equiped. Very clean. Pool area is spotless and seems a very peaceful and friendly complex. Located quite close to bars and restaurants but you don't hear them much at night - ideal family holiday for us :)”

“When we first arrived at the apartment we were very impressed by the lounge and kitchen area, which we understand had just been recently renovated. This had been done to a very high standard and on walking in it was a case of "WOW". The whole apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and well maintained.
On the downside we found the terrace area at the front to be rather small and cramped. This terrace was unfortunately overshadowed by another building which blocked out the sun from around 2 p.m. Also there was a very large tree overhanging this area which dropped leaves and pines all the time and which left a mess on the patios itself and on the table and chairs. We were told that the owners of the complex had been repeatedly asked to chop this tree down but to no avail.
The bedroom was very basic in comparison to the rest of the apartment and we were slightly
annoyed to find that the owners had taken up half of the wardrobe space for their own use.by placing locks on the two end cupboards of the unit. This left us with no space to hang our clothes. My wife just about managed to get her stuff into the bit of space that was left, whilst my clothes had to be hung around the room from pictures and the curtain rail.
Regardless of these small constructive criticisms, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Chick.”
