About Rocas Negras
Lovely 2 bedroom modern and comfortable apartment, just 20 metres from main beach road in Puerto Del Carmen, 1st floor with huge terrace with wonderful seaviews. The complex itself is private and secure with CCTV cameras. Great location on a totally flat area of the resort so no steep hills to climb to get home.
Its 2 minutes walk to a small beach, the nearest bars and restaurants are also just a couple of minutes walk and the local spar is roughly about 30 steps from the complex door yet the apartment is tucked in a quiet and peaceful complex and area of resort which means you can kick back and relax during the day but still have everything on your doorstep.
There is a shared pool with childrens area and the apartment has been decorated to make it feel like a home from home during your stay with tasteful and comfortable furnishings, satellite television, hairdryer, iron, iron board, microwave, hob, CD player, DVD player, television, ipod speaker, selection of games, books, dvds etc and a spacious private terrace with furniture and plush sun loungers to lie back overlooking the sea from.
There are 2 comfortable bright and airy bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one, mirror, fans and a lockable safe. Wardrobes with shelves, drawers and hangers are in both rooms.
Travel cots and highchairs can be hired at reasonable cost. Wifi Internet Access can also be hired.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

New Golf Course Opened in 2008 less than 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

About us
We are from the Highlands of Scotland and after holidaying for many years in Lanzarote decided to buy our own apartment in one of our favourite areas. We think of it as a home from home and hope that you do to.
What we love about our property
The huge terrace overlooking the sea that gets sun all day. The proximity to shops, restaurants, bars with no steep hills.

“We had a fairly good 3 weeks holiday at Wilma's apartment. It has a great sea view and a large balcany with sun all day, however when its windy it's uncomfortable to sun bath.
It could do with a Wind Screen on the corner wall.You do get noise from pedestrian and road traffic late at night and early morning deliverys to Spar Supermarket, but that could be solved by simple double glazing.For long staying guests the apartment could do with more kitchen cupboard space and a full oven.”

“Great apartment, great location. The kids loved the pool, so quiet that often they would be the only ones in it. With the beach being a 2 minute walk away they were never bored. An abundance of bars and restaurants so close by and the sun terrace was amazing, it caught the sun from morning to night.
All in all a wonderul holiday, we can't wait to go back next year!”

“Great location, very easy to get to by taxi from the airport and very handy for the shops and restaurants - great that you don't need a car. Large balcony/patio which gets the sun all day and is probably the most private in the complex.”

Been to lanza for last eight years and by far this is the best appt we have stayed in. The location is amazing, could not be better. Fantastic sea views from the patio area and was a dream having breakfast and a late night drink. Pool area was spotless and a great splash pool for young ones. What made it a treat for me was the two doves that came every time we sat on the patio, they were so tame they used to fly to my hand to take food off me. The spar next to the appt was the best stocked we have been in too. All round its a fab appt in a fab location, could not be better.”
