About the property

This fantastic villa is fully equiped for your holiday needs, all linen & house towels provided. It is set in a traditional fishing village just 15 min's north from Costa Teguise. The ground floor has the fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and bedroom 3.

The top floor you have the master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom. Its balcony has two deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy sea views. The the second bedroom is also on this floor. The washing machine and drying area is in the basement where the bikes and Ping-pong table are stored.

Punta Mujeres is a wonderful place to holiday and experience the true Lanzarote life style. This part of Lanzarote is renowned for its spectacular beaches and coast line. One of which is in Arrieta the neighbouring village, the black sand beach is great for surfing or just playing in the waves. There is a beach bar here with children's play park and showers etc. You also have some wonderful lagon beaches on the route north to Orzola. In Punta Mujeres village you have a pebble beach which is great for snorkeling as it has a wealth of Fish. You also can enter the sea in it's Sea Pools which are protected from any waves. The island's only 18 hole golf course, situated in Costa Teguise, is only 15min drive away

There is also a neighbouring propery within the complex also available for holiday lets this is ideal for 2 Families to rent on the same small complex (of only 6 houses) but be independent.

Owner's Tips...

Punta Mujeres has the beauty of being a Canarian Fishing Village along with all amenities needed, ie. restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars etc. It is a great base from which to explore the island, with the Jameos del Agua, Cactus Garden, Mirador del Rio, Green Caves and the Valley of a Thousand Palms being only 10 minutes drive away where there is a Saturday morning local craft market. Close by are fantastic beaches that are child friendly. The neighbouring village of Arrieta boasts one of the best family beaches on the island which has a tapas beach bar and restaurant, toilets and shower facilities. This is a stunning location to enjoy the unusual black sands and the scenic mountain landscape of rural Lanzarote. The historic village of Teguise, where you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market, all this is only a 15 minute drive. The island´s capital is 30 minutes drive, where the airport is located.
