About San Jacinto
Very large apartment fitted out like home from home. Ours is one of the largest of the two bedroom apartments on the complex. It has two large bedrooms and can accommodate if required two extra children in single put-u-up beds. A cot is available for our younger guests.
It is fully fitted out with satellite TV, DVD, video and a music system. We have also installed an ipod station.
It has a well fitted modern kitchen with all amenities including microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bathroom is well fitted out and has a shower over the bath. Grab handles are fitted to the bath/shower area for your safety.
The apartment is in excellent condition because it is my second home. There is an excellent communal pool in a lovely setting.
A free welcome pack of milk, water, biscuits & tea bags is provided.
The apartment has a large patio overlooking the pool, town & sea. In summer it has sun from approx 10am to 4pm. It is also protected from the normal north to south wind. The complex is residential so is very quiet.

Children under five go free. Minimum booking deposit 20%. Rental prices remain the same throughout the year. Discounts are available on bookings over 3 weeks.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote
Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.
If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.
There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!
Owner's Tips
All restaurants in the area are very good and there are lots of places to visit. These are listed in the apartment.
A fabulous new dental surgery has recently opened just down the road from our apartment, I've used it myself and I saved around £6000 compared to UK prices. You may want to consider this if you need any work doing.

“We've just got back tonight after staying in the apartment for a week, The apartment itself is a home from home ,immaculate and very spacious and has everything you could ever need. The owners have done everything possible to make your stay comfortable and a place you would want to go back to. The complex is small , quiet and residential , which suited us and is close to all amenities and is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and the town. The patio area is very private is great for the sun or sitting out in the evening and has very good views,The complex also has its own good size pool. I would definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully we will be back next year”

“We stayed at this apartment in October 2010. It is a lovely spacious apartment and is very well looked after and nicely decorated with lots of personal touches. There is everything there you might need, so it is very easy to feel as if you are at home and in fact we didn't really want to leave at the end of our stay. The little notes for guests to help get the most out of the apartment were very helpful too. It was so nice to be staying in a small complex in a residential area which was very quiet but also very close to the shops, bars and beach. We found some very nice restaurants nearby and also in the main part of Costa Teguise. Patio Canario was one of our favourites, especialy the fish platter. El Toledo is also very good, set right on the top of the cliff overlooking the sea. We will definitely be coming back next year.”

“This apartment is really excellent. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The complex itself is really well kept - the pool area was always clean and rubbish free. The apartment itself is well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The balcony is a nice size - we sat out there quite a lot in the evenings. We found the complex quiet - it is mainly residential, which suited us. It is close to the main part of the resort - with all its restaurants and bars - about five minutes walk. The main beach is there, although we found another beach which we preferred, Playa del Jablillo which was a bit further away but worth the effort. We would definately recommned this property”
