About the property

With stunning views over Estartit and the bay of Pals, Villa Montseny is a south facing air conditioned linked villa with private swimming pool in an excellent position on the Rocamaura Mountain.

Offering privacy and comfortable accommodation this well furnished newly built villa is approached through a front terrace to an entrance hall. Stairs from the hall lead up to the 1st floor which has a double and 2 twin bedrooms and well fitted bathroom. Downstairs is a large fitted kitchen, walk in cloakroom, laundry and separate shower room with WC and washbasin. A large living/dining room spans the width of the property. A full length picture window provides stunning views and patio doors open onto a south facing private terrace perfect for outdoor dining.

Steps from the terrace lead down to the south facing private pool surrounded by a paved terrace and garden. There is also a covered porch next to the pool. The villa is newly furnished throughout with the owner sparing no expense with the standard of furnishing. Equipment includes TV, electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer and BBQ.

A car is required to access beach and town - a garage is located to the side of the front terrace.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.

Owner's Tips...

Estartit has many restaurants and shops. It is famed for its diving. Several golf courses are within a 15 minute drive.
