The quietest bungalow, with the best pool view on this beautiful select complex of just sixteen privately owned apartments set around a stunning large pool. Very quiet, relaxed and sociable ambience for the more sophisticated client. Particularly suited to couples of any age seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway or young families wanting to avoid the herd and package tours. The bungalow has air conditioning which is provided free of charge to our guests.
The living room, with air conditioning unit, has a large comfy sofa and easy chair, coffee table, TV and DVD with a selection of films on hand and a CD/mini system (this has an aux input through which to jack in your MP3/ipod etc). A breakfast bar divides the living room from the kitchen which is equipped with a 4 ring hob, extractor fan, microwave cooker, 5ft fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Bedroom 1, with air conditioning unit, has twin beds, built-in wardrobe with safe, two bedside tables and dressing table. The second bedroom, recently completed, has two single beds, a built in wardrobe and bedside table. The property has one family bathroom. We also have our own private travel cot with mattress and fitted bottom sheet.
Solar tinted patio doors lead from the living room to a pergola-covered terrace with a large drinks table and chairs. The view from the private terrace overlooks the swimming pool which is surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces. The terraces are separated by dividing walls, providing greater privacy, ours is furthest from the pedestrian gate and main road so is the quietest and most private on the complex. The apartment has a private entrance, with keysafe, and adjacent allocated car parking is provided (most apts on Palm Springs don't have this facility).
Linen and towels provided and there is weekly maid service. It is often possible to arrange a late checkout on the day of dep / luggage stored, please enquire.

Please note: 2nd bedroom locked for the duration of 1 bedroom bookings. If you require use of 2 bedrooms there will be an extra housekeeping charge. Enquire for details.

Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, Corralejo is where it’s at. People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there is a large surplus of hotels and restaurants to choose from.
EasyJet services from Liverpool and Stansted. Ryanair services from Bournemouth, Liverpool, Dublin and Glasgow.
Great for beach relaxation especially for couples, a winter sun break, ideal for windsurfers / kitesurfers .. Flag Beach just 5 minutes away.
Great live entertainment in Corralejo town: Rock Island Bar - live acoustic music; Imagine - live music performed by a very talented Dutch musician and many local musicians and dancers; the town square has varied entertainment nightly.
A trip to the lagoons in El Cotillo is a must for all visitors.
Visit the side streets in Corralejo for local cuisine at very low prices - if it's busy, it's good!

“The villa was immaculate and homely. It was also great for us that you had the DVD player, each very hot afternoon Sam and Madeleine spent a an hour or so chilling out – out of the heat watching Spiderman or some such DVD and we treated ourselves to wine and beer on the patio area.
Funny comment from Madeleine nearer the end of the holiday when she saw one of the other holiday makers in the pool, ‘why is he in our pool mummy?’ J Basically we had the pool to ourselves each day- it was cold but still not cold enough to put us off a dip each day! The villa was also in a great location for busy and private beaches, for us the private beaches won!! One day only us 4 on a beach-bliss.......I hope that your other villa users have as lovely a time as us this year.”

“Had a great holiday staying here.Nice quiet location but only a 10 min walk into start of town,takes about 20 mins to walk to harbour area where the best restaurants are but it is worth it.Taxis readily available and cheap.Great apt and pool area,very very clean!We loved corralejo and when we go back we will definitely stay here!Campanario centre 5 min walk away and lovely square to sit in and have a beer chilling out after a day at beach.Highly recommend this property.Thanks Jane and Paul for easy booking process.”

“We had a very good stay at 16 Palm Springs; the initial enquiry and subsequent booking process was easy and Jane was helpful and informative at all times. The location is very good: it is approx. 2 mins in a car to the nearest supermarket and about 3/4 minutes in a car to the centrally located "Waikiki " beach one way and about the same to "Grandes Playas" outside of town.
The apartment was very clean and tidy and the living area is well-designed with lots of light through the French doors. The pool is a very decent size, is well maintained and is about 10 steps from the terrace, which is a good size for sun-bathing/eating.There is a 4-hob cooker (no oven) and microwave, both of which we viewed as a necessity and all other mod-cons. The bedrooms and storage spaces within were a good size; there were 3 of us (2 adults and a 2 year old) but this would have been equally good for a family of 4 or even 4 adults.
I would have no hesitation in recommending 16 Palm Springs and as and when we return to Corralejo, would definitely stay there again.”

“As a professional couple seeking complete peace and quiet and some well-earned rest, this was our ideal accommodation. The location is great as it's just out of town but close to Las Grandes Playas where you could be anywhere in the world. The apartment itself was spotless, facilities spot on and pool was fantastic. As we're expecting our first baby, we were able to relax in the evenings, watching DVDs and get plenty of uninterupted sleep... before baby carnage arrives!
We would recommend Palm Springs to anyone who just wants to chill, soak up the sun and enjoy some time out.”
