About the property

Beautiful new 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment with large terrace in the quiet and peaceful gated complex of El Palmeral close to Costa Teguise. The complex is in a tranquil setting overlooking the mountains and is within walking distance to beach and Royal Palace.

The apartment overlooks the complex pool and palm trees with use of larger full-size pool nearby. There is also a tennis court and children's play area. Convenient supermarket at entrance to complex as well as planned restaurants close by. The complex is very attractively laid out with palm trees and seating areas and is beautifully maintained.

This spacious apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with a wide range of equipment including fridge/freezer, oven and hob together with tasteful crockery. Off the kitchen is a very useful utility room with washing and drying facilities. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

In the dining area there is a dining table and 4 chairs and the spacious living area is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and coffee table together with Sky TV and DVD. Off the living area is a very spacious and sunny terrace which overlooks the attractive pool. The terrace is furnished with high quality patio furniture, sun loungers and parasol.

The main bedroom which overlooks the pool, has a double bed, a very spacious built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables and lamps. There is a second spacious bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, also with bedside tables and lamps. Additionally in each bedroom there are powerful, free standing fans. There is a hairdryer in the second bedroom.

There is a spacious bathroom with bath/shower together with marble washbasin and bidet.

All bed linen and towels are provided including beach towels.

Outside there is a dedicated parking space if required.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Lovely setting. Ideal for golf holidays at nearby Teguise Golf Course as well as water park which is ideal for families. Superb cuisine at Navarro Restaurant at nearby Playa Bastian as well as excellent family entertainment at Barcelo Hotel (opposite complex). Discover the "real" Lanzarote at the traditional Canarian village of Los Caletas which is a short picturesque walk away along the seashore with Canarian bars and restaurants.
