About the property

Casa Cymru Studio has its own entrance gates onto a private terrace with patio furniture. The front door opens off the patio. The studio has been recently refurbished.

The studio is a good size with a large double bed at one end and a kitchen/diner area at the other with microwave ovenl, two ring hob, fridge and all utensils. There is a table and chairs for dining and two easy chairs to relax in. Off the bedroom area is a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, wash basin and toilet.

The outside terrace which is private to the studio has patio furniture and is ideal for dining out on the warm evenings.

The studio is located in Cortijo Bajo - a small pueblo only 5 minutes drive from the traditional fishing village beach resort of La Rabita and only 5 minutes drive from the town of Albunol. There are shops, restaurants, bars etc in both Albunol and La Rabita. Car parking space is provided.

5 Minute drive from beach at La Rabita.
40 minute drive to Golf and yachting marina resort of Almerimar.
Area renowned for walkers in the foothills of the Alpujarras - wine making area.
Diving and snorkelling cove 20 min drive west.
Ski-ing in Sierra Nevada's - 60 min drive.
As yet, the coastline of this part of the Costa Tropical remains (in the main), unspoilt by development and is very popular with the Spanish for their holidays.
The weather is such that we are open year round.
60 Minute drive to Almeria Airport.
90 Minutes drive to Granada Airport.
2 hrs drive to Malaga Airport.
