This magnificent 7 bedroom detached villa, sleeps maximum of 18, with 5 bathrooms is set in almost 2 acres of private orange groves, with its own large heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, private tennis court and established gardens.

The villa is located in the sleepy little hamlet of Los Colorados, just outside the village of Antas, which still retains a true Spanish charm, yet offers all amenities needed with restaurants, bars, shops and banks.

The accommodation comprises of an impressive entrance hall with minstrels gallery. Large living room, widescreen TV with full Sky package, DVD, video, radio/CD/tape player. Dining room with seating for 12. Smeg fitted kitchen with 6 burner gas hob, eye level oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. Separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Master bedroom with extra large double bed and access onto private balcony. Fabulous all round views. En-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk-in power shower. Bedroom 2 with double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Good size family bathroom. Bedroom 4 with twin beds and cot. Bedroom 5 with double bed, 2 sofa beds and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 6 with twin beds. Bedroom 7 with twin beds. Downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs cloakroom.

Outside there is a large private swimming pool which can be heated for a separate charge, BBQ, changing room with shower and wc. Private tennis court garage and ample parking.

A 350 GBP separate damage deposit is required in the form of a cheque, which is destroyed after your holiday.

For those who want to take the office with them, the office facilities include a printer and permanent internet access - you will need to bring your own laptop.

Please note: Changeover day in peak season is Saturday. Off peak is flexible.

About Mojacar, Costa Almeria

Mojácar is divided into two areas; firstly the picturesque hilltop town of Mojácar Pueblo, with it's unique Moorish feel, narrow streets and whitewashed properties. Then there is Mojácar Playa - a modern tourist, resort running along the coast.

Mojácar Playa has become a popular holiday destination over the past few years and it is well serviced for visitors. The beaches stretch for miles, they are safe and clean and all major watersports are available to try out. Away from the water, Mojácar Playa has a great selection of restaurants. If you've hired a car, Mini Hollywood and the Waterpark are only a short distance away.

Mojacar holiday accommodation is readily available to suit all budgets and party sizes. Holiday rentals in Mojacar have increased over the years as more and more visitors are looking for the ideal Mojacar rental. Most Mojacar properties are available all year round and some offer long lets during winter months.

Owner's Tips...

The E15 motorway is only 5 minutes drive and the villa is within 10 minutes drive of two superb golf courses - Desert Springs and Valle Del Este.

The beaches of Mojacar Playa are only 25 minutes drive offering typical resort facilities. The beaches are cleaned daily throughout the summer season and most are monitored by lifeguards.

Vera Playa is within 20 minutes drive of the villa. Almeria airport is a 50 minute drive and Alicante and Murcia airports are approximately 2 hours drive.
