These luxury apartments are designed around beautiful walkways and gardens with an abundance of flowers. The facilities consist of two large open-air swimming pools, one of which has food and sports facilities such as water aerobics and children's club, while the other is more for relaxation, both are surrounded by gardens.
The apartments are designed to a high standard. There are marble floors throughout with fine wooden furniture, satelite TV, fitted kitchens and washing machine. The apartments are on the ground floor or first floor. The ground floor have a terrace and the 1st floor have a balcony at the front and back for all day sunshine. Garden dining furniture is provided.
You can have a choice of apartments facing the pool or away from the pool. The pools are set in beautiful landscaped surroundings and sunloungers are provided. The complex includes tennis courts, gym, jacuzzi, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bank, bike hire, and beach.
This area has everything you need for a great holiday, with beautiful surroundings including amazing beach and great amenities.

About Garrucha, Costa Almeria
If you want to stay somewhere that’s traditional Spanish, away from the usual “holiday-type” resorts, then Garrucha fits the bill. It does become quite lively during the summer months with many holidaymakers choosing to visit the area, however it doesn’t yet have all the trappings you may expect.
As a fishing village, much emphasis is still had on the catch of the day and the afternoon fish markets. As you would imagine the restaurants in Garrucha offer delicious fish dishes all year round.
The beaches are great, local ruins and be seen and there are various boat trips available, so Garrucha has plenty to keep you occupied.
Owner's Tips...
Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful beach promenade to the fishing village of Garrucha and watch the fishermen bring in their daily catch. The village boasts exquisite fish and shell fish restaurants.
The 500 year old stone set mountain village of Mojacar is on 5-10 minutes by car or the local air conditioned bus and has beautiful boutiques and traditional Andalucian restaurants. Or enjoy the cafe society in the big square and take in panoramic views of the Andalucian countryside.
Take the air-conditioned bus to the waterpark for a a great day out only 5mins away!!
The award winning blue flag Vera Beach is 100 metres from the apartments. There are 9 golf courses in the region and 3 close to the apartments including the 36 hole Valle de Este.
Almeria is the nearest airport and is a 35- 40 minute drive. Murcia is approx 120 minutes away. Alicante is approx 140 minutes away.
If you don't want to hire a car there is plenty to do on the complex. This exclusive gated complex is situated on the Vera Playa, which is 10 minutes walk along the beautiful beach promenade to the fishing village of Garrucha. Garrucha has amazing fish and shellfish restaurants and has a great atmosphere especially in the evening. Mojacar is only 5 mins drive and also has many restaurants and bars and is great for shopping with many fashionable boutiques. There are panoramic views of the whole region it truly is an experience you shouldn't miss. With Mojacar beach in easy distance with 2kms of bars restaurants and night clubs you are spoilt for choice.
