About the property
This spacious apartment comfortably sleeps 4 in its 2 good size bedrooms, a fold up bed is available for a 5th person which can be placed in either bedroom or the living room.
It has a fitted kitchen, with a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining hall is in the centre of the apartment and leads to all the other rooms. The living room has satellite TV and access to 4 English channels. It also has a DVD and CD player.
Off the living room is a spacious terrace area with a view of the pool and marina. Both of the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, the double bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room as well as a safe available to use included in price.
Winter Gardens is a new development featuring quality apartments and penthouses built around the main feature of the complex, a floodlit eight rink international standard bowling green. It has a bowl bar and bowling shop with shoe and bowl hire facilities available.
There is a lovely heated communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a poolside bar that serves snacks and meals. There are also a golf & bowls shop, and a DVD/CD rental/internet café. It boasts an onsite health and beauty spa that features a whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and gym (at additional cost). There is also a full size snooker table. There is on site internet access available also.
The ramps throughout the complex make it very user friendly for the disabled.

About Golf del Sur, Tenerife
Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course that has hosted several international events. A quieter area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, young families and those who just want to take life easy. Sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away and bars, restaurants and shops are available on the San Blas centre. Busier nightlife and more shopping available 10 to 15 minutes drive away in Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Golf del Sur holiday villas and apartments are widely available, many have reduced green fees for those wanting to play at the championship course.
Owner's Tips...
We have so many wonderful restaurants just on the door step. La Marina does the most amazing cooked breakfast for just 3.50 Euros, 2 sausages 2 eggs, 1 sausage, tomato, beans and toast. The freshly squeezed orange juice is lovely.
Sakura is also close by, here we had a set menu Terapinyaki here which was a wonderful experience. They also serve lovely Thai meals, Sushi and Chinese for the less adventurous.
The Mexican is also wonderful much better than our local restaurants at home and so much cheaper.
There is much more to do here than eat however. On our last visit we went out on a boat and watched wild whales and dolphins swimming in the sea all around us. The experience lasted over an hour it was amazing.
Many of our guests try the bowling. If you are a novice we recommend the you go along on a wednesday morning, and book for the fun session which includes bowling, tutuition if needed, followed by a BBQ and Sangria, great for all ages over 9.
