About the property

This modern detached, 6 bed villa has an electrically heated pool and sits in the most enviable position next to the grand entrance of Gran Melia Volcan Hotel by Marina Rubicon. The villa is spacious and spread over three floors.

The bedroom allocation is as follows - Sunshine View - Super King-size bed, Oceans rest - 2 twin beds, Coral Reef- King-size bed, Turtle Nest - King-size bed, Mermaid Cove - 2 twins,
Dolphin Den - 2 twin beds with bunk beds for 2.

On the ground floor you will find the large lounge with two leather settees and further seating for up to 11 people. There are two picture windows to the poolside. A TV with UK channels and a DVD player with films are provided. There is a CD player and radio.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and door to outside BBQ area under the pergola. There is a washing machine fitted in this area.

There is a toilet and basin, two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms.

On the first floor you will find extensive wardrobe area, bathroom and large bedroom with picture windows to the most wonderful sea and mountain views. Patio doors lead to the roof terrace which has table and chairs for two, sun loungers for four.

On the lower floor you will find a huge lounge with corner settee and TV with DVD, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

A cot and high chair are provided.

The drive is gated with space for two cars if you really want to drive but car hire is not needed. The seafront location means you can stroll to the beaches, bars and restaurants at any time!

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

Owner's Tips...

The fabulous 5 * Marina Rubicon which is fully open and home to some wonderful yachts, exclusive shops and brilliant restaurants including the very trendy Café Del Mar (previously only found in Ibiza) and the highly recommended restaurant El Manos. The Marina is the place to be seen, everyone gets dressed up in the evening and heads down for a cocktail or a meal on the waters edge. This is the best place for people watching! We also love to go down for some lunchtime tapas and homemade ice -cream. Like the rest of Playa Blanca, the Marina has a great family atmosphere and is a whole lot of fun. There is also a new dive school for those of you that would like to explore the fabulous marine life of Lanzarote.
