About the property

This superb luxury one bedroom apartment is situated in a large villa and is completely self contained with its own car park, private entrance and large private swimming pool.

Off the main hallway is the large tastefully furnished bedroom with ceiling fan, having an en-suite shower room. Also off the hallway is the large lounge/dining area nicely furnished and has a ceiling fan, satellite TV with BBC & ITV, DVD, and CD player. The fully fitted kitchen leads off the lounge and has an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all standard kitchen fitments.

Double doors off the lounge lead to a covered patio area with another table and chairs for that al freco feeling and a easy to use gas barbeque Steps go down to the sunbathing area and large swimming pool which is for exclusive use of the clients.

This holiday, which is for couples only, would appeal to those people who want to relax during the day but with Puerto del Carmen only 10 minutes away, with its many bars and restaurants and a superb beach offers the best of both worlds.

There is on site management to help you with any queries you may have. A welcome pack is provided.

About Tias, Lanzarote

A beautiful Canarian town with a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Tías is a 5km drive inland from Puerto del Carmen and within easy reach of the busy tourist districts. Although it is a predominantly Spanish town, the expat population has grown over recent years, so much that all street signs are now in Spanish and English!
