Brand new two bed, one bathroom apartment. Enter into the living / dining room with sofas, TV, DVD and coffee table. To the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. Arched entrance into kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine in an external utility area. The kitchen has all the utensils required for a dinner party! Other arch way in the lounge leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.
The double bedroom has double bed with table and lamps. There are also built in wardrobes. The bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds bedside table and lamps. Built in wardrobes provide ample clothes storage.
There is also patio furniture for alfresco dining. Additional items include iron and ironing board . The property is cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival.

About Torrevieja, Costa Blanca
Torrevieja is located south of Alicante, and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes, if you´re lucky you may even see a passing flamingo! A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night. Holiday villas in Torrevieja are widely available for those looking a place in the sun.
Visitor numbers increase greatly during the summer months of July and August, and Easter is another popular time, it’s no wonder the weather in Torrevieja is fantastic! There is a good selection of restaurants and shops galore, Torrevieja is the ideal choice for a fun-packed holiday in the sun.
Owner's Tips...
This is a new development designed for the family holiday market. There are two swimming pools with children's pool and also a playground. There is a supermarket onsite which sells all you need for a comfortable stay.
For the golfer in the family, there are three superb courses within 10 mins drive at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and VillaMartin. La Manga is worth the drive for the more dedicated being just 30 mins along the A7 motorway.
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include home from home "Spud Murphys" for premium fish and chips and Madissons Sports Bar to watch the match. Also within walking distance are two Chinese restaurants, Ghandi's Indian and Puccini's Italian. About a 20 min walk to the recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta Prima.
The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. Other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia.
For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.
