If you are looking for a seafront location look no further than 301 Atlantic Gardens.
It is just a 1 min walk from the door to the promenade, 7 mins to Playa Flamingo beach and 7 mins to Playa Mulata beach. 15 mins to the port.
The terrace is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the amazing sea views.
The lounge has TV, double sofa bed (new and comfortable from IKEA), dining table with 4 chairs and kitchenette.
There is a spacious double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower over half-bath. There is a large open air solana area at the back of the bungalow where you can enjoy some private sunbathing.
The bunglow is on an established complex which has two communal pools, one of which is heated, a baby pool, pool tables, reception, bar, gym, supermarket and laundrette. What more do you need!
Cots and high chairs can be hired at very reasonable prices and the promenade is a lovely place to walk along with a baby in a pushchair.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
Sit on the terrace and watch the boats go by!

“The apartment, although small, was fine for two and was furnished simply but well, with everything that we needed. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and the welcome pack was a very thoughtful touch. Its position however is what makes it so special - the view is breathtaking and the corner plot gives you a real feeling of space, plus no neighbours on that side. We hope to return and I would certainly recommend it to other couples.”
