Beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of this popular complex in the best part of Playa de las Americas. The apartment faces the sea and enjoys the sun all day. The sea can be seen through the palm trees in the gardens of the Mare Nostrum Resort.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and bedside lights. The living area consists of a double sofa bed, armchair, dining table and 4 chairs and satellite television. In the kitchen there is an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle and toaster. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower overhead, wash basin with mirror and toilet. There is also a lift to the apartment and a security safe for guests use.
