About the property
The villa is large detached 3/4-bed Villa with private 9x5m kidney-shaped swimming pool.
Located on a large corner plot in a quiet residential area a 20min walk from the ever popular Villamartin plaza.
Pubs, restaurants and shops within a 3min to 20min walk from the Villa, though car advisable for shopping and exploring.
A 10min drive, 5Km away, will take you to many glorious Costa Blanca sandy 'blue flag' beaches.
The 2-bed Main Villa, upper level, consists of 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, king-size bed with ceiling fan in one room and a double plus single bed in the other, bathroom with shower, spacious lounge with air-conditioning (heating & cooling) plus gas-fired heating, cloakroom area, large kitchen, enclosed dining area, sunny balcony with awning and a massive roof solarium.
Supplied with all home comforts including satellite TV, dishwasher, hi-fi, hair dryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bedding, towels and outside furniture.
On the lower level of the villa is a self-contained 1/2-Bed Apartment containing a double and single bed with one wall of fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and en-suite shower/wc room. It has its own lounge (used as extra bedroom), dining area and small kitchen fitted with twin hobs, extractor, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
The Villa under-build Apartment lounge contains a double sofa-bed for an extra two people and all home-comforts are contained such as satellite TV, portable hi-fi, hair dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, bedding, towels and outside furniture.
On the villa grounds there is also a BBQ, large garage (with basketball, PS2 and darts) and the pool has a shower. There is also a small Mediterranean palm tree garden with fountain and is paved everywhere else. At the back of the villa you'll find a hammock hanging between two pillars for those lazy afternoons.

Owner's Tips...
Within strolling distance, 3 to 10min, there is a selection of pubs and restaurants of different nationalities; Spanish, German, British, Chinese and Irish. If, however, you want more choice then the Villamartin complex is 1km away (20 minute walk) which contains a wide variety of restaurants, many pubs, a few shops and a small supermarket, perfect for the day-to-day essentials.
Two main airports are an easy 45 minutes drive away; Alicante & Murcia San Javier. The Villa is also conveniently located close to many golf courses, including Villamartin which is only a 25 minute walk away.
There are 4 championship golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the villa. Green fees average at less than £28/40€ for 18 holes. There are eleven more courses within an hours drive and are open all year long! They are called... VillaMartin, Campoamar, Las Ramblas, Algorfa, La Manga, etc.
