About the property

A beautiful rustic style villa situated on the slopes of the Montgo mountain with lovely views over orange groves, old town and sea. Very quiet and private but within walking distance of Javea old town, which has many shops, an indoor market as well as a weekly market and many bars and restaurants. The main beach and port area are a 5-minute drive.

The villa has recently been re-decorated and is fully equipped inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Outside there is parking for 3 cars, the gardens are very private and stocked with tropical plants and trees. There is ample terracing surrounding the pool as well as a roof top terrace with sunloungers with views over the sea and old town. In the garden there is a BBQ area, a foldaway table tennis table and a pub style pool table (no charge) and childrens play area.

Inside the villa there are 4 good-sized bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. (The other bedroom and bathroom being in the seperate apartment) The lounge dining area is a good size with beamed ceiling and leads out to a covered terrace for eating outdoors. The villa also has TV and DVD, satellite tv stations including sky sports. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with microwave, dishwasher etc. The villa has all modern conveniences but still retains its rustic charm. In the grounds of the villa there is a small apartment which consists of a bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for in laws or teenage children.

About Javea, Costa Blanca

Situated roughly 50km from Benidorm is the wonderful town of Javea, reckoned to be one of the sunniest places along the coast. Javea has a busy harbour and a lively fish market set in quaint narrow streets in the old style.

There are lots of properties in Javea available for holiday rentals, including luxury villas and apartments. Javea villa rentals are popular throughout the year.

The town is steeped in history and the museums trace artefacts back to Roman times. The buildings around the Plaza de la Iglesia are not to be missed!
