Villa Montaña Vista is a large impressive detached villa located on the slopes of Montaña Roja overlooking Playa Blanca village and the shimmering Atlantic.

This villa, completed in 2005, is special. It consists of 5 bedrooms all tastefully decorated and will comfortably sleep 10 guests. The villa is split on 2 levels, with the master ensuite bedroom located on the higher floor, along with a twin room and a childrens´s room with bunks. There is an additional bathroom for these 2 bedrooms to share. Also located on this floor is the well stocked kitchen, fitted with all the latest mod-cons, which leads into the main living area. This large living room is divided with an elegant dining room table along with comfortable sofas to lie back and enjoy the large TV and quality music system with surround sound.

The lower floor provides a further double bedroom with king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space, plus an additional twin bedroom. There is an independent bathroom for both rooms to share.

The villa also boasts a large 9 x 5 metre heated swimming pool, surrounded by terrace and sun-beds. Additionally, there is another terrace area with a separate marble dining table covered with an awning which provides truly spectacular views to the sea and Playa Blanca village.

The owners have furnished this villa to a very high standard, and is perfect for either large groups or even 2 families. The nearest beach is a 5 minutes drive, likewise shops and restaurants. A hire car is definitely recommended.

A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
