About the property
Villa Marina is ideally positioned offering guests fabulous sea, lighthouse and Fuerteventura views from the balcony area.
The villa has an off-road parking space and a small gated porch area leading to the front door. There is a full information pack and tourist information, designed to help you make the most of your holiday.
The large lounge area has quality ratten leather furniture which gives a comfortable homely feel. There is a good selection of books, VCR and DVD's to watch on the TV which has some UK channels too. There is a music centre and CD discs. There's a large picture window to the pool and double french doors to the patio area which has a clear and beautiful sea views. You will not want to leave!
There are six comfortable sun loungers surrounding the electrically heated 8 x 4 private pool.
Around the side of the property there is an outdoor eating area with a large table and seating for eight, this is covered over and well-lit - perfect for those warm evenings. Doors off this area lead to the utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and the kitchen area.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher - no washing up on hols! There's a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, four hob and cooker here.
Back to the hallway, there are three doors leading to the following - family bathroom with bath and hairdryer, two twin bedrooms with double wardrobes and windows to the pool area.
Upstairs the master suite is huge with a good quality double bed, windows with sea views, and an onsuite bathroom. Double wardrobe with security safe and patio doors out to the impressive balcony area which has lovely teak table and chairs. You'll want to spend lots of time up here taking in the sea views and watching the sun go down with a glass of wine!

Faro Park is away from the main resort of Playa Blanca and is in a very quiet location, although a stones throw away you can find an Indian Restaurant, Spanish Café, French café/bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table, a small convenience store with all your essentials and UK papers plus a Mediterranean restaurant.
We recommend car hire as the nearest beach is a 5 min drive away, as is the village of Playa Blanca. However, there are some lovely mountain and costal walks to do.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
