About the property

This single storey villa is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. The stylish, open plan living area has two comfortable leather sofas, TV plus satellite, with DVD/CD home cinema system with a selection of films for children and adults to enjoy. It has a light, peaceful feel with good quality furnishing including a solid oak dining table with chairs.

The independent modern kitchen is extremely well equipped for a self catering holiday including oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. Naturally we provide a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and iron with ironing board. There is also a cool box for you to take lunches or a cool beer down to the beach or other excursion.

The villa has three attractive, bright, spacious bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 5 foot double bed, and a fully tiled en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a full family bathroom.

Patio doors from the living room lead to the beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the large 8m by 3.6m private heated swimming pool with roman steps with jacuzzi jets.

An exterior stairway at the side of the villa leads to the amazing roof terrace which boasts views over the golf course towards the sea and up to the mountains. Enjoy alfresco dining with a view!

About Costa Caleta, Fuerteventura

Costa Caleta (formerly known as Caleta de Fuste) thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.

The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village. The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. Costa Caleta harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Costa Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the area.

Situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around. Budget car rental in Costa Caleta is available for those wishing to explore the island at their leisure.
