About the property
This town house is in the award-winning Andalucian urbanization of Puebla Aida, with cobbled lanes interspersed with fountains and courtyards. Each home is unique with various attractive features such as mosaics, terraces and sunroofs. There are four swimming pools to choose from, each with a different atmosphere. The gardens are mature and well-maintained.
Puebla Aida is a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport. The 5 star Hotel Byblos and 2 golf courses (Lagos and Los Olivos) are within a few minutes walk. The coastal town of Fuengirola is a 10 minute drive away and the 'white village' of Mijas is a 20 minute drive inland. There are several good restaurants close by. There is also a small grocery store next to another 'everyday' restaurant within waliking distance.
7L Puebla Aida is a double storeyed town house with 3 terraces and a sunroof solarium.
The front door leads into a marble-floored hallway from which two double bedrooms and a large bathroom are accessed. The backdoor opens onto a private terrace and a small public courtyard with a fountain. The marble stairs lead up to the open-plan living area with TV and DVD palyer, open fireplace and 2 terraces. One terrace overlooks the courtyard and fountain whilst the other overlook the front of the townhouse. Another full bathroom is available on this level. The fully-fitted kitchen is also on the first floor and contains a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven with rotisserie. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and crockery.
The roof terrace is accessed by another marble staircase and has panoramic views over the rooftops towards the golf courses and the sea at Fuengirola.
Bed linen and bath towels are also supplied.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol
Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.
The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
Owner's Tips...
A small grocery shop can be reached by walking uphill for 5 minutes. The Hotel Byblos and the Tamisa Golf hotel have good restaurants. Make sure you visit Puerto Banus - great shopping, wining and dining!
