About the property

Beautiful and luxuriously appointed three bedroom villa. Maravilla has its own private heated pool and heated jacuzzi. However one cannot get closer to the sea which is just a one minutes walk away!

Situated in lovely Playa San Juan which is a quaint small fishing town, half way between Las Americas and Los Gigantes. The town has a relaxed atmosphere and offers a real glimpse of Canarian life.

The villa is well equipped and is ideal for those wishing to be next to the sea to relax and recharge!

Entrance level you will find the following:

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, griddle hob, juicer, freezer and dishwasher. There is a wide range of crockery and glasses and kitchen utensils. Off the kitchen is an outside barbecue area. This is ideal to barbecue on as then you can eat it on the terrace.

The pool is private and there is solar heating and electric heating. A pool cover is provided so the water always remains very nice. The jacuzzi will hold up to five persons and is also heated. There are sun loungers and a patio table and chairs on the terrace. A sun parasol is also provided. Off the main terrace there are sun awnings. The views are spectacular of the sea and La Gomera.

The spacious living area has comfortable setees and chairs and a coffee table. A TV-DVD-is also provided and the satellite provides many channels including English. The dining area includes a lovely table with six chairs

The living space is on the entrance level and downstairs are located the three bedrooms-bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own setee along with TV. Fans are in all the bedrooms. WIFI Internet access is also available to guests with laptops.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

17/09/08 To 24/09/08	£750 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£250 refundable security deposit taken with every booking.

Payment terms 25% deposit, balance 8 weeks before arrival. Paypal accepted, credit, debit cards accepted, direct bank transfer to UK account.

Please enquire for Easter, Xmas and New Year prices. 2 weeks minimum stay at Xmas and New Year.

About Playa San Juan, Tenerife

Playa San Juan is one of the few remaining fishing villages where you get a glimpse of 'real' Canarian life. Its long sweeping seafront with sandy beach is dotted with many restaurants & old-style tapas bars & there is a pretty marina where you can take whale and dolphin sight-seeing trips. The resort boasts the highest sunshine record on the island and is perfect for those wanting to escape from the brash tourist resorts 20 mins away. A championship golf complex is planned for 2005.

Fantastic range of restaurants from typically Canarian to Chinese all within a 7 minutes walk.

A large supermarket is within a 5 minutes walk away.

The new famous Abama Golf Course is a five minutes car drive away.
