This apartment is newly built and exquisitely furnished in a contemporary style with modern appliances and technology, maximising your comfort and convenience. Fully airconditioned.

Also provided are speakers/docking station for iPod & Mp3 players, Xbox console with games, DVD player also plays CDs & Mp3s. DVD library & board games. For families a highchair, stroller/buggie, travel cot and changing mat are supplied.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

2nd Sep 2008 - 27th Oct 2008	£375 per week for up to 4 guests (Plus £50 per additional guest)

30% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the remainder becoming due, 8 weeks prior to arrival with a refundable deposit of £150 for breakages.

Maximum occupancy - 4 adults & 1 child plus baby (travel cot). Travel cot and changing mat provided free of charge.

Changeover day negotiable. Apartment cleaned between lets. Other small kitchen items also provided - details of which can be given.

Reduced rates available for just one couple occupancy in low and mid season. July & August - must be Saturday to Saturday or further charge is incurred.

No hidden charges e.g. air con, cleaning. Payment by cheque in GBP, Paypal or bank transfer.

Long-term renters welcome and receive discount as do repeat renters. Discount for one couple occupancy in non-peak times.

About Denia, Costa Blanca

The historic town of Denia offers a somewhat quieter holiday than some of the nearby resorts. There are many beautiful buildings to be seen including the castle that sits high above the town itself and the old quarter near the fishing port.

The town has a couple of beaches, so whether you fancy snorkelling off the rocks, or lazing in the sun, the choice is there. For the more active, ferry trips to the Balearics are available and of course you can always hire a car and discover the wonderful coastline.

Owner's Tips...

Well located for the marina and Denias 20 km of blue flag family beaches (2 mins walk to Las Marinas beach), Marques de Campo shopping area in the town centre (15 mins walk) and the historical castle that dominates Denia. There is a wide selection of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance as you will be located in a most central position.

There are also 3 golf courses within 15 minutes drive and a further 3 in 30 mins, theme parks (Terra Mitcha/Aqua park 30 mins), the Montgo National Park and vineyards in nearby Jalon.

This location makes an ideal combination for those who are attending the Valencia Louis Vuitton regattas which are held in May and June, and the Americas Cup Match in 2008 (Valencia). Its been 150 years since the Americas Cup was held in Europe and Valencia has started its preperations for this great event.

Denia 2008 shall see the completion of the commercial centre which has shops and 5 cinemas. Plus a soft play centre in the town centre.
