Outstanding villa furnished to a Colonial style in a quiet area close to the Village of Playa Blanca.

The villa has a heated private pool and satellite TV.

There are 2 luxurious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The villa is tiled in marble and fitted out with everything you could want for a fabulous relaxing holiday.

The kitchen comes equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is in the utility room plus 2 mountain bikes for the adventurous.

There is a local row of shops a 2 minute walk away with a couple of bars and restaurants and provisions store.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
