About the property

The resort is a a secure, private and exclusive holiday location for family and golfing holidays. The Villa Alerce are two semi-attached houses with each two bedrooms accommodation frontline golf.

Villa with living room and open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms 1 double, 2 singles each with built-in closet, 1 1/2 bathroom, 3 terraces 1 breakfast terrace with sunlit, one sunbathing terrace and one covered terrace on the gardenside with sun till dusk.

The social club with pool, tennis, exercise room, hairdresser/beautysalon, restaurant, bar and supermarket and the Hotel Intercontinental with SPA is in walking distance from the villa.

The shuttlebus runs several times a day to the other Polaris World Resorts. The Nicklaus Golf Trail are 4 golf courses. Our guests get green fee discounts for all Polaris World Golf Courses.

The sandy blue flag beaches are easily reached by car in 5 minutes. The Mar Menor is the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe.

The airport Murcia San Javier is just 15 minutes away. We can offer our help in finding a cheap flight.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida

This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.

La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.

If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.

Places of Interests are: the capital Murcia (with the loveley pedestrian zone with the beautiful cathedral), the port Cartagena, towns at the Mar Menor, Nature parcs at the Mar Menor, healthcentres at the sea (they offer Thalassotherapie and Mudtherapie), promenades at the sea, lovely Restaurants in the Resorts and in the towns around.
We can recommend some lovely Restaurants to our guests.
To get a first glimpse of the Nicklaus Golf Trail and the Polaris World Golf Resorts we can recommend Golfers half of the vacation to stay at the MarMenorGolfResort and to stay the other half of the vacation at the second resort at LaTorre. There are as well tennis-courts in La Torre
