About the property

On arrival at the San Jacinto complex there is a dedicated parking space for number 302. From the front door the kitchen is through the first door on the right and is fully equipped with a full size electric oven and hob. Also, there is a microwave and a full size fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine and washing line.

The hall opens out into a spacious living area comfortably furnished and with a large dining area. There is satellite TV with both English and Spanish channels and also a DVD player. We also have hi-fi system for your enjoyment.

From the living room is a large balcony with sun loungers and dining table and chairs so you can enjoy the stunning panoramic seaview. The apartment has a lovely view of the town and the sea.

The bathroom has bath, shower, sink and bidet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, dressing table, double wardrobe and a fan for those warm evenings. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a large wardrobe. All beds have duvets. Both bedrooms have a fantastic view facing the mountains. There is also a fan heater in each bedroom for the cooler winter evenings.

As well as the washing machine there is an iron and ironing board. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.

The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are only a two minute stroll away as you walk towards the beach which takes about 10 minutes.

Just a 5 minute drive away are the Aqua Park and the Golf Course where you can hire whatever equipment you need. They also have expert tuition available from the resident golf professionals. The club has full 19th Tee facilities with an air conditioned restaurant and shaded veranda overlooking the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is only a 15 minute drive away from the airport and costs approximately 20€ in a taxi. If it is a particularly busy time you can sometimes wait over an hour for a taxi but we can arrange collection from the airport if you would prefer for the same cost.

Prices are for the hire of the apartment per week not per person. We don't ask for a damage deposit, but we do ask you to replace anything if it should get broken.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

There is an abundance of activities available on the island with many places of interest and natural beauty to visit as well. On the beach in Costa Teguise are wind-surfing and diving schools. There are bicycles available for hire and many coach trips available. There is information in the apartment on all these facilities.

We have been visiting the island frequently for many years and can offer lots of information about where to go and what to do if you should require it.

Restrictions:

We do respectfully ask our guests not to smoke in the apartment partly for health and safety reasons but also to maintain a smoke-free environment for other guests.

We try to maintain the apartment to the highest standards - it is also our home and with this in mind we prefer not to have stag or hen parties. The complex is situated in a quiet residential area, far enough back to be peaceful at night, but close enough to be within a few minutes walk from all the nightlife.
