About the property

A luxurious villa set in mature gardens with a private pool. Sleeps 6-10. Six in three bedrooms, two on sofabed in the lounge/diner and two on sofas in the lounge.

Two double bedrooms are en-suite and the twin bedroom has it´s own bathroom just across the hallway. A fourth, luxury wetroom has a double bath and eight jet shower.

The lounge is a good size with an open fireplace and two sofas which are bigger than single beds, arm chairs, TV and DVD. The traditional family kitchen has a table for eight, all the normal appliances and a double sofabed in front of the television.

There´s a covered terrace outside with sofa and armchair for relaxing away from the midday sun and a large garden with fruit trees for shade. The pool is quite deep, with a springboard and slide, and is totally fenced in, making it safe for children. A shady barbeque area completes this beautiful holiday home.

The location in a smart residential estate close to the town centre of Alhaurin de la Torre but minutes away from the mountains, countryside and golf courses make this the ideal holiday home for those who wish to get away from it all without being too cut off.

Owner's Tips...

Alhaurin de la Torre is a modern, affluent town set around an older, more traditional, centre with a weekly market. It offers all amenities including a brand new indoor swimming pool, gym, restaurants and internet access.

The unspoilt beaches of Los Alamos are only 20 minutes by car and the lively resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola only a few minutes more. Lauro Golf is only five minutes away as is the glorious countryside. Within half an hour there are dozens of courses.
