About Casa Tranquillo
Casa Tranquillo is situated in Matagorda 5 minutes drive to Puerto del Carmen 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the beach bars and restuarants.
Comfortable accommodation sleeps up to 4 persons. Lounge with 3-2-1 piece Black suite, satellite TV movies/sports package and mini hifi. Glass dinning table Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave/electric kettle, toaster and iron, washing machine in salona 1 double bedroom with safe. 1 twin bedroom and new bathroom with double shower
Patio doors open onto to terrace with sea views private swimming pool with shower built in BBQ on second terrace.

About Matagorda, Lanzarote
Located within a 5-minute drive of Arrecife airport, Matagorda is considered the tasteful extension to Puerto del Carmen and offers the best of all worlds: It's surroundings give you a quieter holiday, with the more lively resort of Puerto del Carmen only a short drive away when required.
The resort area of Matagorda is a mile or so along the coastal road from Puerto del Carmen and is dominated by the sandy beach bearing the same name. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants to choose from, the commercial centre has plenty of places to eat, offering everything from pizza to paella.
Matagorda rentals are available with a good selection of villas and apartments to choose from.
Owner's Tips
The promenade of Matagorda is lovely to walk to Puerto del Carmen. The opposite direction is for walking enthusiasts and takes you to Arrecife. Along the beach is the boardwalk very popular with the plane spotters where they can watch the planes land.

We have been married for 35 years, have 3 grown up children and 8 grandchildren. We live in London. First holiday in Lanzarote was in Oct 1989 and we have been back every year since

“We stayed for 16 days over Christmas 2011 and the New Year - 2 adults and 2 small children. We loved it! The villa is perfectly located in a very quiet area but just a few minutes from beach, restaurants and bars. It is very clean, spacious and well equiped. We love Matagorda as it has so many pedestrian walk ways, very safe for kids. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely stay again.”

“Stayed in villa last year for a two week period. Had an excellent time. Very relaxing and secure as we have a child with special needs. Villa is very spacious and well maintained and pool was cleaned regularly while we were there. Only visited beach twice in two weeks while we were there as the villa felt just like home.”

“We stayed at Casa Tranquillo 10 Nov for 1 week....
I loved it there from the moment we got there it felt like home.. there is everything you need ..you have peace & quiet & privacy at the villa .. it is spotless ... it is near all bars & shops 5 mins away .. lovely walk along beach . . We got taxi to get shopping at Lidl ... Cant wait to go back next may then again Nov .. we are going to book early in case dates all go ... thanks again Rob & Lynn xx”
